Netflix ∙Ducted reverse air con ∙Entire house and grassed back yard to yourself ∙3 bedrooms : 2 Queen beds & 1 double bed ∙Queen sofa bed in lounge room (linen MUST be requested at time of booking) ∙Kitchen,1 bathroom (shower, no bath), 1 toilet, laundry ∙Outdoor area & BBQ ∙Free street parking out front ∙All linen provided plus iron, ironing board , shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry powder, tea, coffee, white and raw sugar, tomato and BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper ∙Child Friendly (toys, games, books and children's tableware) ∙Free! Travel cot/high chair (MUST be requested at time of booking) ∙The fireplace is NOT to be used, there is ducted reverse cycle air conditioner for your comfort. Check-in anytime after 3pm. Beautifully appointed comfortable cottage within easy walking distance to all amenities around mudgee. Clean and well maintained we wished we'd had more time to stay longer!

We were in Mudgee for a wedding and the cottage was perfect. It was exceptionally clean, had wonderful large bedrooms and was very nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend the cottage to others.

Gladstone Cottage was well appointed, neat, clean and comfortable. The host has considered everything the guests could want and it was a pleasure to stay in. It is located a short walk from the centre of town.

I would recommend this residence to anyone wanting to stay in Mudgee with either family or friends. On entering the property the first overwhelming positive impression was its cleanliness. The attention to detail with those extra little things really made it just feel like you where at home from the cozy blankets in the box next to the lounge to the toys and books. Thank you.

advertised 2 bathrooms, in fact one toilet, one shower. and hot plate not working properly. if you were to cook on site would be very difficult. overall very clean. very good location.

The cottage is spotlessly clean and has a lovely ambiance. We were warm with the ducted air con even though it was cold outside. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The property was brilliantly clean and located in a short walk to the centre of Mudgee.
Only issue was the automatic air freshner that went all night. It was high on a wall so we couldn't turn it off and all bedroom doors had to be closed so it didn't disturb our sleep.
Other than that it was great.

A quintessential Mudgee cottage, perfect for a weekend away with my partner. It’s a short walk into town, cafes, breweries etc. couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at. Would stay here again!

Easy 5-10 min walk to restaurants & cafes in the town centre. The vineyards were all close, many within 10 minutes drive. Their home was comfortable, warm and clean. We didn’t get to use the yard as it was raining but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Easy checkin & checkout process too.

We had a lovely break in Mudgee on our way back from the Warrumbungles. The air conditioning andcomfortable beds were much appreciated, as well.as the excellent food the Town has to offer. Our teenagers love the Town swimming pool.
