Located in Key Largo, this charming condo for £369 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Key Largo’s coastal setting beckons from inside your marina-front villa as you enter through the front door with a spectacular view across Mariner’s Club private yacht harbor out to the Atlantic Ocean. Over-sized sliding glass doors open onto the covered lanai from the spacious and elegant living room and the master bedroom and gives you idyllic views of the days boating activities from this ground floor villa. 115 Mariners Club offers an open floor plan for ease of entertaining and interacting with your family. Whether cooking up something special in the well-stocked, well-appointed kitchen, featuring high-end stainless appliances, striking wood cabinetry topped with a deep-toned lux granite, relaxing around the large dining room table, which seats 6 comfortably with extra seating at the breakfast bar, or catching the game on the large flat-screen TV in the living room or simply shutting off all the electronics and get back to the basics and share a rousing board game…there’s plenty of room to make the forever-memories you came here for. Villa 115 offers 2 formal bedrooms and converted the den into a 3rd bedroom (no closet) to sleep 6 comfortably in beds. (Maximum allowed occupancy is 8. Please see Terms and Conditions for maximum occupancy definition.) Each of the two formal bedrooms have private ensuites and the main living area has a two-piece half-bath (toilet and sink) for guests. Understanding that some guests may need to conduct a little work while on vacation, the highest Wifi speed is offered at no cost to you. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, large flat screen TV, a luxury ensuite with spa tub, glassed shower and a separate toilet and bidet. Guest bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, flatscreen TV and a full ensuite bath. Guest bedroom 2 is the converted den and has two single beds and flat screen TV. We really enjoyed the property for our family vacation with the friends. The layout is great for two couples and two or less kids! The amenities of Mariner’s Club were amazing! The pool is one of a kind! Close promontory to John Pennekamp and Islamorada. We would choose this location for our keys vacation again.

We had a great trip! The condo was clean and spacious, and we loved how many amenities were available to us in the Mariners Club community. We had to bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags but were told beforehand to do so. This place was perfect for our family trip.

Our family loved the location & roominess of our condo. I would highly suggest offering more than 2 kitchen garbage bags for a family of 6 on a week long vacation. There certainly needs to be darker shades in the den bedroom as it felt like daytime when trying to sleep! Obviously because of its tropical climate Florida is definitely not the place to vacation as a person who is susceptible to mold toxicity, but one shower did have quite a bit of mold around the caulking that I don't care to see when I stay anywhere. Did like the fact the washing machine was a top load, as front loads are notorious for mold! All in all I would book another stay! Very helpful, attentive.

Our stay was fantastic! The check in process was quick, easy and everyone was super nice and friendly!! Our only complaint was that the cleaning crew could have done a better job. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

Had a Great relaxing visit beautiful property Very helpful when original unit was flooded and unavailable moved us to different unit. Called maintenance about blinds not closing and they did good job resolving issue would have been nice if they had informed us this problem was already being taken care of when we checked in. MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies...the office staff that perform the check-ins do not coordinate maintenance so they are not always in the loop as repairs are scheduled and in process.

We had a great stay. The apartment is really nice and we loved hanging out on the porch looking out over the harbor. Plenty of room for our family of 3 and we could have easily accommodated a couple more. We loved our morning swim and soak in the grotto hot tub at the resort, and playing pool and foosball in the clubhouse.
Two small issues:
1. We didn’t realize that the rental office is about 10-15 minutes away from the apartment (closer to Miami). There was a major traffic jam on our way in, so we ended up delaying our trip back up to the office till after dinner. No big deal, but something to know about.
2. The “fit and finish” in the apartment wasn’t great - a faucet was installed hanging an inch off the wall in the powder room, the granite in front of the kitchen sink wasn’t lined up and there were paint splatters in many places. Despite that, everything worked just fine. So not a big deal, just didn’t quite live up to the overall quality feel of the place.
The rental company provided great info on local attractions and a nice goodie bag of snacks, cards, etc - a nice touch!
Overall it was a relaxing stay.

Scuba diving with Rainbow Reef, renting a Hobie Cat from Caribbean Watersports for a sail in the gulf, and renting bikes from Key Largo Bikes and Adventure tours and heading south to Islamorada. Very friendly and helpful. Everything was accurately represented and carefully explained. Thoughtful welcome package with useful items. Very responsive to questions.

The condo is beautiful and every morning and afternoon we enjoyed relaxing on the porch looking at the marina. We sugggest visiting Islamarado and snorkeling at Alligator Reef as one of your activities.

Customer service was great when I had to move my stay dates . Place is exactly as described , super clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on back patio and watching the harbor. Would stay here again.

The villa far exceeded our expectations.
The villa far exceeded our expectations. It is exactly like pictured or better. Tons of space. Loved having a washer and dryer. The patio overlooking the marina was one of our favorite places to hang out. Pools and hot tubs are great and the kids loved the game room. We even enjoyed talking to the ladies at the front gate. Smooth process from booking to checking in and checking out. Also gave us a folder with info about where we were staying and things in the area.
