The property was small but had everything .
There was so many flies in the room, which was not hygienic

It was clean and 1min drive to valcartier. Room are so spacious.
I recommend that the Room for 6person should have air conditioner.

Amazing rooms and staff!
The toilet was having little problems, but it gave me the opportunity to show how toilet tanks work. 😁

We were five guests in a room that sleeps 6, and there were only four towels and four face cloth. When I asked the reception for another towel, they gave me a floor towel (which I did not notice as the towel was folded). The wifi worked on the first night, but not the second. Also, the room had numerous flies and spiders, some alive, some dead. And finally, the Keurig coffee machine had a used pod in it when we arrived, meaning they never emptied it (nor likely cleaned it) after the last guests left.

Lovely area, clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to Valcartier village.
Only thing is we didn’t see any staff during our stay.

the room was so small. the mattress was disgusting, you could feel the springs in it. the bathroom was gross and old.

Everything is clean and the location is great.
Fridge is small and there is no free ice or ice machine. I wish there's a free breakfast on their price point.

It was clear and I really appreciate when it’s clean. Location is great. 2 min away from Village Vacances.
Sound isolation. Parking wasn’t paved. Price could have been cheaper.

Lovely rustic location, close to Vacances Valcartier. Nice, clean and friendly.
Don't expect a coffee machine or hairdryer in your room.

Our stay

When booking, I requested that it be possible to heat the food in the microwave. Unfortunately, there was no such possibility in the room. However, I was able to use the microwave at the reception in the adjacent building.
The hotel also showed the possibility of using a free Wi-Fi, which I also could not use because of the distance from the nearest Wi-Fi repeater.
They provided the room for the family in the basement, which did not quite meet my expectations. They did not state this in the room description.
Upon arrival, I also found that there was no water in the taps. And I had to contact only by mail to find personnel to fix the problem. The water froze in the pipes, as they explained to me, but after 30 minutes they could solve this problem. I also used the bathroom and unfortunately found myself using almost all the hot water. So I had to swim in warm water. Toilet and bathroom combined.
Anyway, next time I think I will prefer another place to stay.
