Great location - ski in/ski out. Helpful staff. Spacious living area.

Bit tired, didn’t bother us but some maintenance was required in places. Was mentioned to staff during inventory process. Lack of basics - we needed to buy extra toilet paper, salt/pepper, washing up liquid etc. No tea towel. We could have just been unlucky but we did think a few staples to help you cook/clean may have been included/left by past occupants.

The size of the chalet was great

Disgustingly dirty chalet. Kitchen and couches falling apart. Spiders and dust in showers. not been cleaned or dusted before we arrived. and no linen or towels on arrival becoz reception forgot to put them in and we slept upright in our clothes first night with no refund or apology offered
