Good location and Shirley is very helpful.

Friendly and welcoming host. 5 min walk from Brayford. Room had crockery, cutlery, fridge and microwave. Room and bathroom were very big.

Owner was very nice, very informative of area. Little anex was quite delightful, very clean and well furnished. Good price for a cheeky weekend. Nice comfy bed.

Owner 'popped in' to change the bin mid afternoon, we'd just gotten back from a long day walking and shopping, stripped off and laid on the bed with a cuppa. That couldve been very embarrassing! Could benefit from 'do not disturb' sign 🙂🙂 Other than that, it was all positive.

We stayed in the annexe at the rear of the property. It was a lovely big room with a good sized bathroom. Very clean with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tv. Great location, 5 min walk along river into town. Sainsburys directly across the road.

I couldn’t recommend the property highly enough. The location is great, the room was fantastic - clean, great size and very comfortable! Shirley was an absolute pleasure to meet and I will certainly be returning next time I come to Lincoln.

There are no negatives.
