It is situated between the Golf course and is 200metres to the beach. Use of the Pool with heated spa and Alfresco BBQ area. or Stroll down to the Country Club for a meal or drink. The villa sleeps 8 comfortably Double Lock up Garage. PLEASE NOTE: STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES/ and UNIVERSITY LEAVERS BOOKING ACCEPTED. OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE ONLY. NO FUNCTIONS PERMITTED. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED POOL AND SPA ARE CLOSED 1 MAY to 2 NOVEMBER Only one hour south of Perth. A relaxing holiday destination. The Links Villa is situated 200metres from the Pyramids beach or, if you are a golfing enthusiast, a mere 5 minute walk to the Cut Golf Course. Fully furnished and self contained. Ideal for families or as wedding accommodation. There are three bedrooms with large queen beds and a fourth bedroom with two single beds .2 bathroom 3 toilets. The Villa is in a secure gated complex with its own double garage. Take a walk to the beach through the golf course or just laze by the pool and spa, afterwards enjoying a BBQ in the communal alfresco area or stroll down the Country club for a meal or drink. Attractions The Cut Golf Course with the clubhouse and restaurant within walking distance which offers fine dining, alfresco dining, beers, wine and coffees to the public. A short walk to the Cut Canal where you can generally see the dolphins herding the fish into the canals, a great fishing spot and picturesque walks.

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. Property is well appointed, spacious with good quality beds, linen etc Fully ducted air-conditioning which was great. Very close to both pool and beach. My only negative was that the wi fi was NOT working. It was difficult to reach the owner regarding this and he never got back to me. Issue was not resolved. I understand that these little glitches sometimes happen but i don't feel adequate effort was made to rectify it.

Property was conveniently located and very neat and tidy. Bit disappointed that there was no WiFi or even a coffee machine, salt and pepper. Apart from those minor things well appointed for what we needed.

We really liked the apartment! It was clean, a quiet area & an absolutely spacious apartment! We enjoyed our stay & it was accessible to everything we needed in the Mandurah area. The surrounding restaurants were great & we would definitely stay again upon return to the Mandurah region.

A nice spot close to beach and of course golf course if you play. A Coles just down the road if you have forgotten anything. A quiet neighbourhood. Walk to beach cafe for a coffee. I was hoping the main bedroom was on the ground floor but I just sorted myself not to be going up the stairs more than I needed to. All in all a very nice break was had by all.

Very well appointed and all necessary supplies. Great facilities and so close to the beach. No wifi access more attention to detail required with cleanliness….. hairs found in one double bed. Dust under lounge rug.

Lovely well kept home. Great facilities - including pool and bbq which we used and loved (being just downstairs!). Lots of stairs in the house - especially for those in the bedroom on the top floor (3rd floor!), also note there is no door to the top floor bedroom. There was good amount of space in the place and I liked the double garage. The extra living room was perfect for the kids to play in. Note: There's no wifi.

We had a lovely relaxing time! Nice location! The Cut Golf course is a plus to the beauty of the area! Nice coffee at Surf Cafe! Dolphins were close by! Overall rating could be 5/5 if the entire house had a proper cleaning before checking!

The Villa is located 1 minute from the Cut Golf Course, so perfect for a golf holiday. It’s a large home, clean, nicely furnished and with all the essentials. It easily accomodated our family of 6 adults. It’s a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Great holiday home close to The Cut golf course & walking distance to the beach. Lovely views from the balconies. All your homely requirements taken care off. Very clean & extremely well presented. There are a lot of steps to climb from the garage to the main area & up to the bedrooms for anyone who may have issues.
