Comfortable bed, and spotless!!

Convenient location, easy check-in, nice staff.
Smallish room, bathroom shower tight, toilet could have better flush, 90% clean (clump of hair in bathroom).

Great location and parking. Shower was wonderful. Grateful for fridge. Staff friendly. Complimentary coffee and ice.
Air conditioner loud and stuck on very cold. Some sort of air fragrance/freshener smell.

Location was great. Near everything. Was able to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff and owner were very friendly pleasant and helpful!
Room was smaller than expected. No coffee pot or microwave in rooms. The mini fridge didn't have a freezer compartment.

Nice property in town, close to everything. The room was cozy and overall clean.
There was a coffee station right outside our window, appreciate the coffee, but the chatter woke me up at like 7 or so.

Location was good.
Place wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. There was an overpowering air freshener smell. Beds were ok but Wi-Fi was awful and didn’t work.

The location was good. We were within walking distance to the tour boat, shopping, and restaurants.
You need more electrical outlets. I use a cpap and we had cell phones and tablets to plug in. The outlets were not convenient.

Location was the best feature and the building looked nice from the outside
No coffee maker. Room very small and beds pushed against walls. Filthy rugs. Not very nice personnel.. TV too small and bad picture.No microwave.Wouldn't stay here again.

Location was excellent. Motel was quiet. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Really appreciated the tub.
Room was a bit cramped and the floor was not very clean. Bathroom dated.

Location was walking distance to everything in town.
Had 2 double beds and one was up against the air conditioner to fit the room. Bathroom floor needed some work. Calking around tub base was missing. The other part of rooms were ok.

Location was great and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the Uncle Sam's Boat Tours.

Parking was tight in the parking lot but we were happy with how helpful the staff was to make it work.

Simple but clean hotel in the middle of Alexandria Bay. Very comfy bed. Close to everything in the town.
