Our family needed a place in proximity to our son’s school for graduation activities. This was the perfect location only @ 8 minutes away from Salisbury School. There was excellent communication from the owner before, during, and after our stay. We were very impressed. The home was perfect for gathering together and separately as needed. The home literally has everything one needs for their stay including bur not limited to soap, board games, all utensils necessary for cooking, and a coffee bar. The shower pressure and temps were good, which is important to me. The home was clean and neat when we arrived. The only suggestion we have would be to label where things are as the is so much. Also, the bed in the bedroom to the right makes a “creeky” sound when I wad getting in and out of it so for a light sleeper like my husband fixing that would be helpful. Overall, each family member, including our graduate, said it was the perfect place to gathered. We have one more son to go and will hopefully be back next year.

We were happy with our stay at this house! Jenn was incredibly responsive and helpful as we coordinated checking in especially. The house is large with ample outdoor space and fun activities and games for kids!

The house was perfectly set up to accommodate our grandchildren. One level house with a great deck and backyard. Convenient to the grocery store and a great pizza place. Great hiking trails nearby.

Beautiful, well-kept home with all the conveniences of your own home. Location convenient to the town of Norfolk and the Norfolk Curling Club. An excellent place to stay.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and so well equipped! Everything was clean and pristine! Comfortable beds great shower! We loved spending time on the deck and by the river. Jenn is a great host!

We had a family member get married over the weekend in the area and rented this beautiful long ranch. The house is immaculate as well as the property it sits on. My husband, myself and my parents really enjoyed having our morning coffee's on the massive deck overlooking the property/river. It was such a great relaxing but fun weekend, my 5 year old 'cant wait to go back to that ranch!' :) Highly recommend this property and will be back!

The house was perfect for our family during a long weekend visit. Jenn ensures everything you could ever need is available within the home and even left us a sweet welcome basket for our arrival. Large porch with ample seating and huge yard for games. Jenn provided us many local dining recommendations as well which was appreciated after a long day of travel.

We stayed here to be close to limerock racetrack. It's a 20 min drive to the track but no traffic and easy directions. We were greeted by Jenn upon arrival she was friendly and very accommodating. She was a wealth of local information. The house was very clean and comfy atmosphere. When we returned after the racetrack it was like returning home after a long day. We will definitly stay here again for our future race track events.

We visit the area often and have rented many homes over the years. This one is one of the very best. The owners are lovely and very responsive. The property is large and ideal for kids. Everything is clean, comfortable and contemporary. Highly recommend...except for the times we want to rent it!

Came with 2 girlfriends to get away and celebrate my birthday. The property was so nice, clean! Jenn was so nice and friendly. The sound of the river was so calming and you’re so close to stop and shop. Close to winery and breweries of you want to get out! Will return! 🙂

We’ve stayed in various rentals in the last 5 years and this was by far the best one! The house was spotless upon arrival, had every amenity we could have wanted, abundant supplies, high quality towels and sheets and even towel warmers in every bathroom. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. It was also perfect for families or people with disabilities who can’t or don’t want to deal with stairs as the house is all one level…. but super spacious. There was plenty of room to space out. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

What a lovely home! We've been coming to the area for 15 years and have probably rented half the places listed on VRBO. This is by far the best property of all. Meticulously clean and well maintained, and lots of open spaces and beautiful land maintained personally by the owners, who are cordial and responsive. Perfect for adults and kids as well. We'll be back!

My husband, daughter, and I chose Jennifer's large, comfortable, exceptionally clean and well-stocked house because of its proximity to the Harlem Valley Rail Trail in Millerton and Great Barrington, a place we've gone to for decades. Don't miss Arethusa ice cream and even a trip to Bantam to visit its store and a terrific bread baker. Yet our August vacation here had one significant problem: a strong smell of manure especially in the afternoons and evenings. It was so bad that we were unable to use the deck and spacious backyard grounds, one of the main reasons we booked the house as a respite from city life. We couldn't even open the windows at night to enjoy fresh country air. Although the landlord, who'd been very responsive, said she wasn't aware of this problem, neighbors told us that nearby fields were being sprayed with manure fertilizer, and the farmstand 1/4 mile down the road was manufacturing cow pots. We were frustrated and disappointed that our outdoor access and enjoyment of the grounds significantly intefered with our overall experience. The area is a farm community, and this problem is likely seasonal, as we'd read the wonderful reviews of others staying in the house.

It is very sunny with a huge backyard and large common space where we could all gather and hang out. The house is an easy 25 minute drive to Great Barrington in one direction and 20 minute drive to Millerton in the other direction. There are many outdoor recreational activities in the area, and a host of cultural opportunities in the Berkshires. The hosts were very easy to deal with and very responsive to any issues.

Jennifer greeted us warmly at the door, showed us around the house, and encouraged us to call with any questions. The home was spotless, the kitchen was well furnished, the property is stunning. Everything, from the comfortable beds, to the lovely living room and kitchen was wonderful We rode the Harlem River Rail Trail, hiked nearby, shopped in Great Barrington and had tea in Millerton. Jennifer's husband, Cricket, even gave us a very interesting and informative tour of his four generations owned dairy farm. We hope to be back next year!
