About this condo rental
Direct Water views of Cape Cod Bay. Beautiful completely renovated first floor condo with new beautiful wide-plank white oak flooring through-out. New fully functional kitchen with quartz counter tops, beautifully appointed glass tile backsplash and a pub style table with views of the water. The living features a new leather sofa, ceiling fan, 55” Flat screen TV and a private deck overlooking the bay. The two bedrooms both feature queen size beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning and flat screen TV’s. This condo is perfectly situated on the East End or Provincetown at Bay Colony and is approx. one mile from the Monument & Ferry. Our home is steps from the beach and an approx. mile walk through the dunes to the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the deck. Parking is located directly in front of our condo with additional parking provided. The condo is also a short walk to the many art galleries, shops & restaurants Provincetown has to offer. Swimming pool is located next door featuring a pool side grill with food, drinks and cocktails and for those who want to be pampered, there is an onsite waitress. Enjoy 4th of July watching the parade and fireworks from the deck. Provincetown annually has a parade that starts next door at the Harbor hotel. Tailgate before the parade and preview the antique cars and floats. Enjoy the parade and night time fireworks in the comfort of the condo's deck.

Very clean, comfortable and stylish apartment! We enjoyed our stay!

So close to the bay! We drank coffees and ate several meals on the patio, gazing at the water. At low tide we enjoyed walks on the sand -- accessed directly across the street.
Even when it was time for an ocean beach, or the excitement of Commercial Street's other end, the condo was conveniently located.
The area was quiet at night. The condo was well equipped and overall comfy enough for 3 adults to do our own thing for a few days.
Owners were responsive; checkin was easy. Great vacation spot!

Cozy condo with easy parking right across from the bay-side beach - this beach is amazing for walking, wading, and picking shells. Very short drive to downtown Ptown, and close to Cape Cod National Seashore. Condo community is quiet at night, ideal for a good nights’ sleep. Owners also maintain a good amount of cookware and serving-ware, saving you so much money if you’re happy to cook! Loved this place and would happily return.

Lovely location on the beach at the entrance of Ptown
Location is great and the property has the most beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The toilet was broken and no attempt was made to fix it for the price we paid was unacceptable. We had to go into the tank each time to flush. No response when I left a message to the owner. Also there are wayyy too many objects on every possible surface: statues, lamps, stuff absolutely everywhere so no place to put guests things or use any surface. Not welcoming.

Nice quiet place with a convenient location to everything
It was comfortable, beautiful view of the bay and located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough where you can access every place and everything you need.

This was the perfect location. The view out the front deck was the bay and lighthouse. Like a lovely postcard. The bay was just across the street and the location was far away enough from downtown for quiet yet close enough for a pleasant walk.

We enjoyed staying here very much. It was beautifully decorated and the location was just far enough from town to feel secluded, but close enough to be convenient. Sitting out on the deck watching the water with a cocktail in hand was my favorite part.

Apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. Away from town center so less traffic but easy access to bikes and bus. Beach was right across the street, deck was perfect for relaxing. Would stay again.

Great view! Comfortable stay.
This condo is on the outskirts of Provincetown. It’s a longish walk to the center but interesting. We would often take the shuttle from the next hotel in and walk back. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. It is not large at all but really suited our needs. The beds were very comfortable.The deck has a great view of the water and we really enjoyed watching the moon Rise every night.

Quiet, waterfront perfection
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo when we arrived. Having the bedrooms in the back was perfect as I tend to go to bed earlier and get up earlier than the other two. We could all have our own schedules without disturbing the ones sleeping. We spent a lot of time on the front porch enjoying the beautiful views of the Bay and the breeze off the water was always nice as well. Mike was always very responsive to any questions I had and even checked in a couple of times during the week to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Thank you Mike and Frank for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

This is a nice condo in a building of a few units, in a parking lot of maybe a dozen similar buildings. It is right across the street from the beach, and is about a mile into town.

A very comfortable, clean and well appointed beachfront condo with a great view. Peaceful setting, yet close to town for restaurants, shopping and other adventures.

Great vacation in Provincetown
We had a great time in Provincetown. The condo was really nice, a great location
for us, on the quiet side of town, a wonderful view of the bay and really enjoyed the
sunrise, sunsets and watching the tide. It was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The dune walk which is near the condo was fantastic. The best thing we
did was rent bikes so we could ride into the heart of P-town and not have to fight
traffic and parking. The whale watching with Dolphin Fleet was amazing. We had fantastic
food everywhere we went and it was so nice to have a kitchen to bring back leftovers. We would stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

Lovely, quiet, clean -- perfect!
This well-appointed, conveniently located and quiet condo was perfect for our little family's getaway. We spent a week at Michael's condo - enjoying the beautiful view of the beach, sitting on the patio sipping iced tea and people watching, listening to the waves and the birds, and just generally enjoying our vacation. The condo is as described. The rooms are clean and cool. The beds are comfortable. The recent remodel makes this an excellent, comfortable, affordable option for a p-town visit.
The on-property laundry was very handy. We literally had everything we needed available to us. The neighbors were kind and helpful. Access to the nearby hotel pool was a real bonus. And the location was perfect -- walkable, and bikeable. With a very convenient parking spot for our vehicle.

Charming Property at ideal location in P-town
My fiancee my mother and my father recently spent one week at this lovely condo. It is spacious, clean, and decorated with interesting artwork. The porch is clutch, right out the backdoor off the living room and facing right out to cape cod bay. With the bay being right across the street it was literally at our fingertips. We enjoyed going there several times a day. The beach is very quiet there. The bedrooms are comfortable and well maintained. The only issues we had with the house were that their kitchen is lacking on some supplies, for instance they only had one pan available. Also the television was hard to operate and we could only access about 5-10 different channels. Despite these minor issues this place is a true gem! We had a great time. Michael is a great host and made it easy to communicate issues. I would recommend this property to both friends and relatives. We enjoyed walking down commercial street. Plenty of restaurants and stores to shop at. We also enjoyed both P-town beaches. Check out Race point for a great sunset.

Excellent location right by the beach
We loved the very nice condo with a perfect view to the ocean. It's just a 20 minutes walk to the harbour and the pool nearby is perfect for children. A good place to explore Provincetown.

Relaxing and Quiet Location
We had a wonderful stay at the condo in PTown. It was a relaxing location that is easily accessible to downtown but also outside of the city for a more private experience. The dune walk to the ocean was more challenging than expected but we enjoyed the experience. We were a little early in the season so would recommend a little later in the summer if you want to take part in all the fun that PTown offers.

Great Condo and very nice place...
Our Ptown vacations in this condo was amazing. The condo itself was a little bit dusty but beautifully furnished and had all the amenities one could ask for. The view was spectacular. The owners were very accommodating, they let us know where all the great beaches were and where to dine. I would highly recommend this property. We would certainly happy to go back.

Great condo rental in a perfect location.
This is a great condo rental. Perfect size for my family ( 2 adults and 1 child) and right across from the bay. This was ideal for us, as our daughter is just three years old and we wanted to vacation somewhere on the beach but didn't want rough waters. It was like having an oversized private playground where we could pick up and collect shells, build sandcastles, and run along the beach when ever we wanted. Close to the center of town but nice and quiet. We used the deck often to eat our meals and look out at the water. The condo itself is in great condition and a nice size. Was clean upon arrival and had many pantry items there for our use. The unit is in a nice, quiet complex with both short term renters, as well as full time residents. This unit is primly located right at the front of the complex, so you get the best views from the deck. Ideal for couples and small family getaways. We hope to come back again some time.

My stay in this condo was amazing.The condo itself was very clean, beautifully furnished and had all the amenities one could ask for.The view was spectacular.Mike and Frank are just fabulous...They were very accommodating and let us know where all the great beaches were as well as the wonderful restaurants to dine in. Great place with beautiful views and great owners!
We just got back from spending a week in this unit. I was with my wife and our two children ages 8 and 11. We absolutely loved the place!! The unit itself is very spacious and nicely equipped. Everything is recently renovated and enough staples were provided by the owner (toilet paper, dish soap, salt and pepper, etc.) that we didn't need to spend hundreds at the local grocery store either. The views of the water were spectacular! My kids loved walking several hundred yards out from shore every day to look for little critters at low tide. Free access to the pool at the adjacent hotel is a nice perk as well. It was a very quiet area of town as well so we never felt like other units around us were invading our privacy. This was the first vacation we have ever been on as a family that we actually called the airlines to see if we could extend our trip a few more days. Michael and Frank are excellent communicators and checked up on us upon our arrival to make sure everything was o.k. and that we were enjoying our stay. We can't wait for next year! In fact, I am thinking about booking this unit for next summer and hoping they allow early bookings! You won't go wrong with this place. The Cape at its very best.

An absolute pleasure!
Our summer vacation in Ptown was awesome and the condo was perfect. My partner and I rented the condo with another couple and it was big enough that we had our privacy and comfort. The condo was clean and it had everything we needed, even had beach chairs and umbrella. The location is great and the neighbours as well. A few steps away from the Cape, the smells, the views from the patio, just thinking about it, I want to go back.......a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and if you don't want to walk, the shuttle is right there.
We couldn't of asked for a better place to live.
Thanks to the owners for the hospitality, the tasteful decorations and the comfortable living space.

When I finally learned to relax...
My wife and I stay at this condo Mid-July with another couple. We were pleasantly surprised by everything. The quality of the furnishings was fantastic. We woke up and headed to have our coffee on the patio. I can't tell you how awing it is to hear the sounds of waves that close! This was my very first time seeing the tides coming in and out, and I must say that I felt very small when I did. The location was perfect. A ten minute walk will get you right into downtown. Mike and Frank were very well organized and left a binder with all of the information that we would need (trail brochures, restaurant menus, coupons).. though I will admit that I only saw it on our fourth day, haha! When you come visit, be sure to go to both Herring Cove and Racing Point beaches... you will not be dissapointed. We were so impressed that we intend to book next year! There is a bus that runs right in front of the hotel next door that will take you to Ptown for $2. If you do drive into town, you can find parking on Bradford. Bring your bikes! Everyone does. Just remember: Commercial Street is for walking, Bradford is for driving.
We had an amazing, relaxing and stress free time. The PERFECT vacation :).
