Spacious and plenty of room for kids and adults. Good bed linen and pillows. Plenty of glasses for drinks or wine etc. induction cooktop. Excellent oven. Great laundry. Hair dryer supplied. Liquid soap in all bathrooms. Great extra (3rd) toilet downstairs! Nice touch to have a few staples in pantry / tea coffee sugar sauce oil etc and some books and games in main lounge room. Very adequate fridge for 8. Great Dining areas both inside and out. And 2 lounge areas. TV in lounge and main bedroom / free wifi and Netflix 😁 excellent pillow top mattresses.

On arrival dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Spa and range hood exhaust out of order and could not be fixed during our stay. Shower spray broken and both shower drains blocked with hair / plumber fixed on third day. Also 1 globe and clock in kitchen not working. Kitchen was not well stocked. Eg no measuring cups/measuring spoons or jug, no kids crockery/plastic cups, only 7 mugs, only 8 sets of crockery and cutlery - so none for visitors and Had to use dishwasher every meal or even wash up after prep. Not many storage containers, no small frypan, no strainer, no funnel, no spatulas or mixing bowl, not even an ice cube tray to make ice. BBQ tiny for 8 people.
