Good location, short walk to the beach

No second TV, given size of house. Property starting to show age, some areas in need of upgrade.

Great size for the family (5 people) - plenty of room so we didn’t feel crowded. Had everything we needed. Access to the tennis courts and pool was a nice bonus to keep the kids occupied.

Unfortunately we did not realise that the house was split level and had several steps which was a problem for my wife who is slightly mobility impaired.

Location is great - close to the dog beach @ Pippi Beach

The decor is a little outdated for 2021.This could be a top AIR BNB if only the owners would do something with the gardens and back courtyard area .Definitely needs a shade sail. A coat of pain on the render walls and a freshen up now that covid travel is permitted. Its spotless inside - outside is the downer. The agent did give us a courtesy call prior to going in warning us of the condition of the outside ,.I do think though, this residence needs a little money spent outside- especially the seating area. Agents were excellent.Cleaning was excellent. Owners need to spend some $$$ and improve the courtyards. Yamba is on the boom ! Cash in, spend some money and reap the rewards.

Loved the location, super family friendly area with like minded holiday goers. Having use of the resort pool was super handy and appreciated.

Handy location to Pippi Beach and Resort facilities.
