The master bedroom has queen bed and own full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has bunk beds and in the family room a pull out sofa bed. This is 1 of 3 units available for rent, each unit will sleep 6 people. We really enjoyed staying here. It was so nice and comfortable!! Perfect location and fast access to the beach. We will definitely stay here from now on :) The place could use a few cosmetic repairs and had small ants inside. But other than that, it was awesome!! We look forward to coming to stay here again.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. Amazing location, came stocked with towels, beach accessories, had a variety of pots and pans for cooking. The rental was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood, just steps from the ocean. It is not as close to the ocean as the pictures make it seem though, and thankfully the cleaning woman were there because the lock box code was different from what was provided in my confirmation email.

First things first - the location is terrific! Very close to conveniences such as restaurants, grocery, gas. More importantly, just a short walk down a quiet street to a beautiful beach area that was not crowded. We went to the beach several days and each day we were easily able to find a comfortable spot. The space in the property itself was sufficient for all we needed. It was clean and the two bedrooms were adequate for our family of four. The beds were dated and some a little squeaky with each movement, but not unbearable. The listing noted "recently remodeled" and I suppose that may be true ... but the work didn't seem quite complete. The light in the kitchen was redone but the finish work around it left a little to be desired. The dishwasher was not secured under the cabinet and there were several inches of room around it that allowed it to wobble and tip if not careful. Also, a minor issue, but the property was not as well-stocked as other VRBOs we have stayed at. A few basic cooking items were there - a coffee machine, and toaster but some smaller items were not. Other small inconveniences were the lack of trash bags and toilet paper. All easily overcome-able (quick trip to Publix) and did not take away from a good trip to a great beach location.

We loved everything about this location. Very cleaned house could smell the cleanliness when you walk in. Perfect and enough room for all 6 of us without feeling overcrowded. Fast easy access to stores and gas stations. Love the colors of the house outside and inside. Short little walk to the beach too. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again on our next trip to cocoa. My only downfall is I wish we had a bigger table to eat supper on all together but that wasn’t enough to lower my stars for reviews. Thanks Jean we loved it and thank you for letting us stay. We left some floats, play nets, and a chair for the next visitors ❤️

Nice little place with close by parking and walking distance to the beach. Check in was easy and they had beach amenities. Housing features such as condiments were non existent and our bed sheets were wet when we went to bed the first night. Overall the house was nice, a little dirty here and there and definitely got the vibe that it was a heavily used rental house but fit our needs.

This little apartment is about a minute and a half walk to the beach. It is walking distance to restaurants and light life, and in 5 minutes you can drive to the grocery store, drug store, and dozens of restaurants. The kitchen has been recently updated, but the utensils and cooking equipment could use a bit updating, there wasn't a pot to boil spaghetti in so we had to do it in batches in a quart size pan. Also the dishwasher is not properly attached to the cabinets so its tips back and forth when you open the door and try to load it. Overall, great place to stay, and would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time in Florida for the week. The house is clean and close to the beach (Only 1 block walk to get there, and then about a 1 mile walk south if you want to walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier). Note: In the next week or 2, The Army Corp of Engineers will be working on extending the beach by the entrance. You may have to walk up or down the beach a little until the construction is done in order to reach the open part of the beach. When problems arose, Joan quickly responded. The pull-out bed was broken, and we had 6 in my party. One had to sleep on the sofa (not pulled-out) while my son slept on the floor until Joan could get us a roll away bed for him. I would only recommend for 4, maybe 5 people (if one doesn't mind sleeping on sofa). Pull-out bed is not good for sleeping. Place has been painted recently and clean. Nice to have laundry machines on-site. Very quiet neighborhood. Shower water becomes scalding hot, when other water (ie sink or other bathroom) gets turned on. Be careful not to burn yourself when showering. When we were there the kitchen U-pipe in the sink fell off and I had to clean up and fix. The pipe was not sealed well and the pipe was not of high quality. Once I was able to fix it, the pipe stayed up for the remainder of the trip. My wife was also concerned that there were no fire alarms in the unit. They had wiring for them, but none were there.

Seems to be a lack of oversight on this property. Hide-a-way was broken, no broom and dust pan, dishwasher not secured, lack of towels for six that it promotes, minimal utensils for cooking, not beach side as stated. I would not recommend to my friends.

We stayed with another couple about an hour from the track with the beach just steps away. Best part easy to park and run in and out. Even though there were 3 other units occupied never heard our neighbors and only saw some once. They were working on the beach crossing so we had to walk one block to get to beach but that was about to be finished. Great for two couples but we had to push the single beds together in one bedroom. Could have had two more on the sofa. The mattresses were great and plenty of towels and toilet paper. Little maintenance for the ceiling fan not working in living room and a clogged screen on the queen bedroom faucet made it run funny. Maybe a stockpot in the kitchen and beach chairs on the patio. But two nice bathrooms were great and the paint was fresh and the decorating was cute. Great big flat screen TV in living room. TV in bedroom we never figured out how to get off one channel. We were super comfortable and would definitely rent again. Would recommend it for anyone looking for close to the beach, easy parking, and comfort.

We just returned from the "Spectacular Beach Side Hide Away"in Cocoa Beach, Fl. The house is just as described and pictures true...It was very clean,decorated very nicely. We had a party of five. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is great. The living room has a pull out couch.... Very nice kitchen with everything you need; we ate most of our meals there.There is a Publix closeby. Joan was a great host, very quick to respond when contacted, and even brought over a couple more things we needed. It is very quiet at night and we enjoyed walking on the beach and star gazing...it is literally a short walk to the water, a great find!!
