Part of the Island Inn community on the northeast shore of the island, you can choose whether you head about half a mile to Joseph Sylvia State Beach or Inkwell Beach for a day by the beach, or wander a mile into downtown Oak Bluffs for some food and window shopping. Tennis fans can take a professional lesson. You'll feel right at home inside this townhouse. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up family meals, and a deck provides a nice place to dine in warm weather. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Watch a show on the cable TV and keep up with friends using the free WiFi. One of the bedrooms is a lofted space, with its own TV and sitting area. Feel free to pack light, because the shared washers/dryers let you take care of any laundry you may have - just don't forget your swimsuit! Other amenities include a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operational. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
