Antoniella was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and also very patient with me when it took me a while to figure out I'd tripped an electrical circuit, which was easily resolved with her aid. Gifts of wine from her family vineyard (Pappalardo family) made us feel very welcome, as well.

The house could really use a washing machine, as the laundromat wasn't very close, and the bedroom next to the bathrooms gets a bit warm and humid, even with the fan and AC running. The rest of the house was very comfortable, though.

Antoniella and her brother (he picked us up at the airport) are absolutely wonderful. Antoniella has given us bottles of wine from their grandparents' winery, she's always very quick to answer texts, and she's consistently gone above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. The house is spacious, clean, well-decorated, and has fans and an AC unit to make it more liveable in Sicily's summer heat. Great location, too-only a few minutes walk to most of Acireale.

A washing machine would be a nice addition. 🙂

The apartment is very spacious and cosy and nicely placed in the city centre. We had a very good communication with the owner.

Though it was equipped with two bathrooms, there cannot be two people showering at the same time as water pressure is gone. Same if someone is in the shower and other uses the water in the kitchen or flushes the toilet, there is no water left for the shower. Electricity - if you have too many items using electricity the power just shuts down. The soundproof is poor, you can hear the cars like they are passing next to you. If you stay more than a week the towels are changed against a fee.

It was at the center, restaurants are very close

For that price I would have never got better I am sure. Big rooms, big livingroom , 2 bathrooms , if you go there with family… best choice. Staff were very nice, helped out with everything (transfer from the airport, information about the city, restaurants) everything was just perfect
