About this condo rental
The condo is centrally located within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Walk to the beach, convention center, mall, shops, restaurants, and other Waikiki attractions from this spacious and newly renovated condo. The condo consists of two adjoining studio rooms with amazing views of the ocean, canal, diamond head and mountain range. Each studio room has it's own private entrance and comes with a queen bed and full bath. Studio A includes a full size kitchen while studio B has a kitchenette. Additional queen or twin airbed can be requested to add sleeping space for no extra cost. The building offers a pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, common area wifi, a bar and café. Attached covered parking available at rate of $40/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 5 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options. Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag. There is 24 hour building security. Smart cars rental is on the premises and other car, scooter and bike rental are nearby within few minutes walking distance. Both studios come with wifi internet, cable TV, window air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels (bath and beach), coffee, tea and bottled water. This option worked well for easy access to downtown and Waikiki Beach. There is a main security door for the space and individual security doors for the two rooms, which can be left open. Both rooms were well equipped and clean. The views were great and the location made morning runs easy. Thanks for sharing your condo units!

Overall the location of these studios are great! They are in walking distances of all of the places that you could want to walk to in downtown Waikiki. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice city and canal view. The cleanliness of the place is where my hang up was. The shower and shower curtain were dirty and definitely needed attention. The floors in both studios were sticky and full of dirt, to the point where we vacuumed ourselves. The place needed a deep clean and would have been much better. Overall a great stay for location and convenience but not a good stay if cleaniness matters to you.

This place was generally a great place to stay for the short time we were there. The off location parking described as a block and a half away was a misnomer. It was much further than that, but we managed. The place could use some upkeep and updating, but all in all fit our needs for the price.

Great home base for everything between HNL & Diamond Head
Property is strategically located 20 min from Pearl Harbor, the airport, and Diamond Head. Walking distance in and around Waikiki, including shopping and restaurants. Checking in was a little different than we were used to, but easy enough to get to the unit w/o issues. Good place for the price
The apartment is in a good part of town. The coffee shop in the lobby is very good. The unit itself is small. If you are planning on spending a lot of time in the room, it might be a little confining. We really only used the rooms to sleep and spent the rest of the time out doing all of the great activities that are all close by. The property managers were great and very responsive. If you are someone that sleeps hot, do what we did and request fans to help circulate the air from the window AC unit. We asked for one and it was brought right up. They have beach umbrella, chairs a cooler and towels which are great to have. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the property. Overall, a great experience for our family.

The bakery/coffee shop in the lobby was fabulous and opened early! The location made it easy to walk to area shopping and beaches. Owner was very responsive to questions. We’d definitely stay in this competitively priced rental again.

Watching the sunrise over diamond head each morning, AND getting to see the ocean at the same time from the 38th floor was very special. Great fast food eatery with poke sushi and burgers on the lobby floor, along with a bakery and breakfast place we didn't get to try. Loved that the rooms included boogie boards, beach towels, snorkel equipment and Tommy Bahama beach chairs, along with games and sand mats. Didn't use all these things, but nice to have available. Really enjoyed walks through Fort Derussy Park including eating dinner from "Burgers and Sushi" while watching the sunset in Tommy Bahama chairs. Great supermarket very close by (Food Mart st Eaton Square), and eat location to Uber from. Walked along canal to Leonard's. Great trip!

First time in Hawaii and we couldn't have chosen a better location. The hosts replied immediately to all my messages. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms were clean. We loved that one of the rooms had a stove to cook breakfast in. The pool was big and very clean and refreshing. The view is fantastic, as well as the pub, and coffee shop in the lobby. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is a perfect location. Only 15 minutes away from Waikiki beach. We definitely plan to stay here again when we do come back to Honolulu. To the hosts, Mahalo for everything, we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay!
After spending time in Maui and Kauai we had a short stay in Honolulu. This place was perfect for our stay. The location was perfect. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We also liked how they had a dispenser in the shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We didn't have to deal with little bottles. Check in was very detailed making the process quick and easy. We liked the little coffee shop in the lobby. It isn't much to look at but the pastries were fresh baked and delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Within walking distance to everything Waikiki has to offer! Just a few minutes walk to Fort DeRussy Beach (which is by far the nicest stretch of sand in Waikiki). Great gym, fantastic pool and pool area, and restaurants are close. The rooms are clean, set up nicely, and have an amazing view! Owners are very welcoming and helpful if you need anything during your stay!

Great stay and great value -
This was our very first VRBO experience and we absolutely loved it. We wanted to pick a place that was affordable for the five of us and centrally located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We absolutely made the right choice. Shujie made us feel so comfortable as he is very organized and kept us informed and answered all our questions promptly before we arrived. Once we arrived, check in was easy and fast and the rooms exceeded our expectations. Chocolate, bottled water, coffee/tea, plush bath towels, beach towels, beach cooler, shower gel, shampoo and cooking utensils and dinnerware were all provided. And the rooms were soooooooo clean with the most amazing views. Thank you for a great stay.

Really Great Stay!!
These two adjoining rooms were perfect for us. Super clean and comfortable full of amenities. We could leave the doors open and hang out and then at night, we simply closed the doors when it was time to turn in.
Communication with Shujie was superb and check in and check out was so easy – no waiting in lines. Just simply grab the key cards from the lockbox and head to the room. We felt like VIPs upon opening the doors as there was chocolate covered macadamia nuts and bottled water waiting for us. What a nice touch to make us feel special.
The ocean view is just as you see in the pictures – but up close it is much more impressive. Loved looking out the window when having coffee in the morning.
Nice location too – easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
Overall, super value and no complaints whats so ever. Definitely highly recommended.

Nice, clean and great location!
Our family of four fit comfortably in Shujie’s condo. Room A with the kitchen is very spacious and room B is like a typical two-person hotel room. Both rooms had its own full bath, which was really convenient. The place is very clean and nicely furnished with amazing ocean views. Other nice features were the amenities and location. The room came with everything we needed and the building has a large pool, gym and several places to grab a bite to eat. The condo is centrally located so you can experience all that Waikiki and its surrounding areas has to offer. We had a great time and highly recommend it.
