Gorgeous panoramic views of the Absaroka and Gallatin mountain ranges. Chico Hot Springs only 5 minutes away. 4wd not required and plenty parking space. 4 bedroom plus modern, large and comfortable sleeper couch. Newly remodeled home accommodates 12+ guests. Beautiful hardwood floors, 2 fireplaces (1 stone), 4,000 sq. ft. living area. Beautiful 1500 sq. ft. barbecue deck with abundant deck furniture, 1 gas grill, 1 charcoal grill. Sun room. Hot tub and infrared sauna! Beautiful gourmet kitchen loaded with all the appliances for cooking large meals. Double oven. Lots of counter space. Fully furnished with all cooking utensils, cutlery and cooking needs. Huge Hot Tub on Deck with Gorgeous Views, a Sonos system and a new Infrared Sauna that holds up to 4 adults. Emigrant General Store, flyshop, bank, and saloon just 2 miles away. The General Store sells almost all the necessities you will need.

This house is magic. The location is stunning and it's the perfect distance in between Bozeman and Yellowstone. The Chico hot springs are the perfect place to reset and I've never seen so many stars from the back deck. I hope to be back soon. Everyone in our group absolutely loved our stay.

This property is simply amazing. From the ease of checkin to the amenities available, this has been one of the best Vrbo locations I’ve ever rented. Emigrant holds a special place in our hearts due to family there. We will return as soon as possible!

The property was clean and well stocked. Thirty minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Beautiful views from the deck. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate to what you will experience in the house. We had a great stay.

We had a lovely time in Montana! The house had amazing views and it was spacious ! We went with 7 people and we were all comfortable. We loved Emigrent and the small town feel, went to Saloon and BbQ as well as bakery. The Yellowstone River was fantastic and we all went swimming and tubing.
The house manager, Dan, was attentive and available with any concerns. Only thing to mention, there were limited screens on windows and it would have been nice to get more fresh air. The ac was wonderful and it would have made the cooler nights more comfortable.

The house is perfectly situated away but not too far away from everything. Nearly every morning a deer greeted us and the first two afternoons we were lightly showered and mesmerized by the beautiful complete rainbow that appeared shortly after. The house is was spacious enough for 5 adults and 8 kids at one point yet cozy enough for four as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens for our lengthy two weeks stay. Dan and Brian were very responsive. Trash was picked up when needed and the lawn was even mowed during our stay. Upkeep was on point. The IR sauna and jacuzzi topped off a wonderful vacation! Close to town, Sage Lodge and Chico Hotsprings. Lots of adventures nearby!

The property was great and we had everything we needed and more! We did have a visit from the sheriff in regards to why we were there and that made us a little uneasy but after that everything went well. The only negative was the hot tub was green after a couple of uses, so we couldn't use it half of the days we were there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our time at this property in Emmigrant! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cook ware and serving ware. The bedrooms and linen were comfortable. Our party of 10 enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, as well as the quick access to Chico Hot springs. Of course the wind was howling most of the weekend, but we loved just hanging around the house, sitting by the fire, playing games and taking in the amazing views from all the windows. It was truly hard to leave! We would certainly rent this home again…maybe next year? 😃

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and had a great time. We had eight family members and there was room for all. Would stay again as there are a limited number of houses available in the area with ample space for a largish party. Kids loved the games, hot tub and foosball game.

Lots of space, wonderful views, very clean. Great tv room, well equipped kitchen, lovely porch. Deer appeared in the garden.
Little more shade on the terrace would be good in the heat of the summer, but I understand umbrellas could be an issue with potential winds. Air conditioning has been added where possible.
Great bakery and bbq place, aswell as Chico, close by.

We were here in April, been to paradise valley a few times and brought some more family with this trip. Property was fantastic, well equipped and loved the wood fireplaces. A great place to stay no doubt.

This was a great option for our family of 11. The house is spacious and well stocked with all necessities including games for kids. The hot tub and sauna were great perks and the location and view are outstanding. Would highly recommend this house for a larger group.

Easy to find and check in, very clean and comfortable, and equipped with all of the amenities you could need. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was everything we could have asked for and more! Beautiful home with a beautiful view. A quick drive to the Old Saloon and Chico and only 30 minutes to Livingston. Easy to find and check in, very clean and comfortable, and equipped with all of the amenities you could need. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing. Had everything you would need. We were supposed to be on a trip in Mexico our vehicle was broken into and our passports amoung other personal belongings were stolen. We decided to come east and rent this house we cooked a authentic Mexican meal and the house even had a tortilla keeper. The owner and property manager were so kind. I definitely recommend renting this house. Our family had a great time.

First of all, the views are indescribable. So much better than can possibly be pictured. Great location at less than an hour from Bozeman. Well appointed kitchen, very responsive host. Beautiful home. We will absolutely be back.

This home has an epic, unobstructed view, better than photos can represent. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Hot tub and sauna were awesome. Beautiful interior that could use more lighting and some dimmers. Wild wind (40-60 mph for 48 hours) meant hot tub not usable. Plus some windows don't seal well so those rooms leaned cold.

Amazing Mountain Escape!
Can’t say enough about this property! Absolutely gorgeous setting, the house is second to none, and the owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. This place is perfect for a family wanting a quiet vacation with quick access to Yellowstone. Not to mention the hot tub and sauna :) we’ll definitely be back next year!!!

The views and the house were amazing. Everyone who works for the house showed great pride in the home, and were super responsive. It had everything we could have needed and some of our days we just enjoyed the home vs seeing the sights. We played in the soccer field just down from the house every morning. The little general store is well stocked so you don’t need to go far when something is needed. The bakery and bbq are also not to be missed! Thank you! This was our first family vacation and it will be remembered forever. I hope some day we can come back.

Super nice place with awesome views of the valley! Kids loved the hot tub and playing catch in the yard. Easy commute to Livingston and Gardiner so you can enjoy Yellowstone National Park. Short 10 minute drive to Chico Hot Springs and local food places all had great food! Owners are super easy and relaxed people to deal with. Definitely recommend this place for large families and pet owners as they are pet friendly.
