About this condo rental
Private, modern 2 bedroom garden-level apartment 5 miles (10 - 15 min drive) from Downtown and the River Arts district. Easy access to I-26 and UNC-Asheville. Clean, quiet, and spacious with a full kitchen. Luxury, hypoallergenic bed linens. Wake up to complementary coffee and tea. Stay here to recharge and discover the pleasures of Asheville! The apartment is furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, four-burner stove & oven, and coffee maker. It offers Wireless Internet, on street parking for 2 to 3 cars, complimentary coffee and tea, a hair dryer, and full-sized clothes washer and dryer. Three heating/air conditioning units keep the space comfortable in all seasons! The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed with the most comfortable pillow-top mattress, and a large dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be made into an additional king bed) and also functions as additional living space. It includes a small writing desk. The sofa in the living room converts into a double-sized bed. All the bed linens are hypoallergenic. There are three closets. The generous bathroom has plenty of storage for your toiletries as well as in-ceiling heat. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome (up to 2, with an additional $75 pet fee), but no cats. This private apartment is the ground floor of my mother's house. My brother, Carter, lives across the street and will be on hand to look after any requests. Come enjoy the benefits of staying close to downtown and the tranquility of a private apartment home in a quiet neighborhood.

A great spot close enough to downtown to be a convenient getaway. We did struggle to find a close good hike but probably could have researched better. Carter was very attentive and the apartment was super cozy!

Walking in everything was exactly how it was portrayed on the listing. Our host was extremely helpful with anything we needed. We were given excellent ideas for dining was not disappointed with any place recommended. Found the place clean and ready for our stay. Had everything could have needed. A great location close to Asheville and all the places we intended to visit. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very nice, clean (no dog odors or fur remnants, in case you’re not a dog person), and matches the description. The only discrepancy I see in the description is that parking is in the driveway, not on the street. I especially liked the spacious bathroom and the lack of carpet. The hosts are very responsive to questions, and Lisa was flexible and accommodating when I needed to change the date of my reservation. Carter was available throughout our stay, although we had no issues and didn’t need to call on him. Honey’s Place has a sweet backstory that is related in the guest’s manual. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to rest in between hiking and site seeing. The beds were comfortable and the place was well supplied and clean. The tub/shower combo may be difficult for older folks or those with mobility issues since the sides are quite high. Communication with the owners adult children was fantastic!

Cozy little garden level apt. Well appointed, clean and practical. All of the basics were provided. You're close to downtown Asheville as well as other locales. Blue Ridge Parkway is not far away and can be accessed from a few different routes. Merriman Ave and Haywood Rd are an easy reach and full of food spots and shops that are away from downtown.

Nice property for a small family at a good price. Very responsive owners. HVAC units worked very well, there are some nice amenities like a bathroom heat lamp, and it was very handy having washer/dryer units available. Only quibble is that it can be tricky backing your car out if it's dark out. Also, a few more bathroom hooks here and there might be useful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Quick Baseball Weekend Trip
This little basement apartment was cute, clean and in an nice neighborhood on the French Broad. Found an awesome little coffee shop nearby in Woodfin. It was close to the things we needed to do in Asheville for the weekend and the owners were very nice and excellent to communicate with. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Very Nice Apartment!
The apartment was very nice. It was a very good size that offered plenty of room for us. It was decorated nicely and was very new and modern. In addition the beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was also good..., very easy access to get to many locations in Asheville.

Asheville Area Hidden Gem
It is a pretty drive in to the location and is quiet at night. the beds were comfortable and my daughters were happy to sleep in separate twin beds with soft blankets.
The property owner was proactive to make sure that we located the property and that we were safely checked in on the arrival date.
If we come back to the Asheville area we would stary here again.

We came back for repeat visit
Lisa and Carter again were great hosts at Honeys Place. Extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for our ski weekend. Most comfortable master king bed ever slept on. We’ll be back again for sure! Didn’t remember one half of sliding closet door being missing the last time we were here, but it was this time. Other than that, which didn’t affect us at all, everything was perfect ❤️

Great location/Great property/Great hosts
My husband, grandson and I stayed here in January 2019. The directions received were perfect and the property exactly as pictured and described. VERY comfy beds, clean and well appointed furnishings. We had a change in plans when our daughter had to bring their new puppy up and stay the night before taking our grandson back home. Lisa and Carter were so gracious to allow the change, and it worked out perfectly for us. The gleaming dog bowls supplied are such a nice touch, as are the little extras of supplies. We recommend Honeys Place highly with five stars and will definitely stay here again.

Definitely worth your consideration!
My family of four stayed here for two nights while visiting Asheville. The property was exactly as listed and met every one of our expectations.
The property managers were great at communicating and ensuring that our stay was pleasant.
The location is very convenient for everything downtown has to offer, as well as the Biltmore Estate and even Sierra Nevada Brewing was a quick commute.
We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Asheville, especially at this price!
