Situated in Pine Hill, this lovely cabin for £97 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The Cabin Studio is nestled is among Pine Trees in the historic village of Pine Hill. The building is behind the Main Street of of Pine Hill so you are you have the privacy of set apart property but you can walk to the restaurants and music. There is a small patio to relax in the summer and skiing in the winter. Accessible by bus. Just minutes to Belleayre mountain and Belleayre beach. The building as fully exposed brick, hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings. There is a nicely appointed kitchen to make a meal. There are heated mattress pads to keep you toasty in the winter and a ceiling fan to cool in the summer. There is WiFi . This is a cabin, in a village, in a mountainous part of the world. It is a wonderful place to enjoy nature.

Great place for some time away. Clean and well furnished for 2 people. Everything you need is there. At night it was super quiet. Nice part of the Catskills to use as a homebase and explore the area.

The "cabin" is larger than it looks in photos. Perfect for two people who want to get away from the city without going full-on camping. The surrounding towns have kayaking and nature trails and hikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place has it all! Hot water on demand, stove, microwave, refrigerator. We stayed here for 7 days and absolutely fell in love with this place and Pine Hill. This place is very clean and up to date. There are plates and cookwear provided . Electric baseboard heat was great for chilly nights. We loved this place so much we want to live there! Great host. Ide love to stay again.

Quaint cabin with everything you need for a short getaway. We stayed for a weekend to ski at Belleayre and this was a fantastic location, just 5 min away. My son loved the electric fireplace and rocking chair, perfect spot to unwind with a book after spending the day on the mountain. Bed and pullout sofa are comfortable and the host was very responsive to any of our questions.

We loved everything about the set up this property, plenty of space for two! The kitchen set up was perfect and the heaters helped keep everything cozy & warm. Loved the classic board games and Tito Banditos around the corner was excellent! It was the perfect getaway to enjoy the Catskill in autumn. Thank you!

Great little place to chill before and after skiing belleayre. All necessities provided. Could have been cleaner, and the town is a little worn-down. But it got the job done for a couple parents and kids - we had a good time. Thank you.

We have a daughter who has a weekend/holiday home for her family in Pine Hill; we prefer to visit them there rather than NYC. The Cabin Studio is perfect for our needs. The cabin is well-maintained and managed. The owner is very responsive to visitor's needs. We have stayed there for 3 to 5 day visits at least 6 different times. We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the area.
Restaurants, groceries, hikes are all readily available nearby.

We have a daughter who has a weekend/holiday home for her family in Pine Hill; we prefer to visit them there rather than NYC. The Cabin Studio is perfect for our needs. The cabin is well-maintained and managed. The owner is very responsive to visitor's needs. We have stayed there for 3 to 5 day visits at least 6 different times. We would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

Catskills is a beautiful area to explore. Pine Hill is a very small town with two nice restaurants across the street from the cabin and very friendly people. We enjoyed the Shandaken museum in town and trivia night at the restaurant across the street. The owner is helpful and pleasant to deal with. The photos are accurate and the price is fair. I can only give it three stars because the cabin smells moldy. When you open the storm door you are hit with the smell of musty mold which caused the bedspread and towels to smell too. I learned it was a very wet winter and that may be why. I told the owner about this in a private message and I am sure she will try to rectify this before her next guests arrive.

Everything about this was great. From the rental to the town. We stayed a long weekend and after the first night we were already planning our next stay to be longer. The cabin had everything you could need or want and more. Warm, cozy, spacious, and a great location. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place if you love the outdoors
This cabin is cute and perfect for someone who is looking to get away and enjoy some beautiful hikes. The cabin is located in a parking lot next to a few neighbors and a walk away from a tiny town and the community center building. Beautiful place to stay with train rides and grocery store and shops about 10 minutes away!

Stayed half an hour got charged for more than a night. Disgusting!
After driving for 3 hours we get to a cabin with water in the bathroom and hallway and a stench of damp and mildew. Dried up odour eaters in every corner. We had been told we could use the dehumidifier if we wanted, it filled up in 15 minutes. We left after half an hour and I texted Vicky that we left and what the problem was. She offered us a full refund as they had had bad rains. About a week later she comes back that her staff claimed the cabin was left in a mess and bed and bathroom used. They charged us for more than a night for half an hour in a hellhole. She has not answered my complaints or the complaint I made through the website.

Great weekend getaway for two.
Great place for a last-minute weekend ski trip for two. Property is warm and cozy, has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Less than a three-minute walk from a pair of great restaurants. Vicky even made sure that the walkway had been shoveled after the snowfall so that we had clear access to the door. Will definitely go back if we need a place to stay in the area again.

This place is perfect for 3 people. It's so cute and cozy. The cabin was warm and clean. Wifi worked great. It's super close to Belleayre. We definitely stay here again on our next ski trip.

Adorable charming cottage
We were in the area for a wedding and knew Vicki's cottage was the perfect spot for us the minute we walked in. It looks tiny when you pull up (there's a parking spot out front), but the interior space feels quite large thanks to the open layout and high ceilings. We were able to bring our border collie with us, and Vicki was great about providing us information ahead of our trip. The heater also works really well and the bed and chair have heated pads on them, so don't be afraid to stay here during the colder months. Bonus points for being within walking distance of The Zephyr (a great restaurant) and the Colonial Inn (which has a great bar).

Perfect Couples Retreat or Getaway
My wife and I wanted to do a weekend getaway in the Catskills and this cottage fit the bill for our requirements. The cottage was clean and neat upon arrival, it had everything we needed and nothing we did not. We enjoyed a weekend of eating out and antiquing throughout the small towns of the Catskill region. The owner was always responsive to emails and inquiries.
