Special conditions: No smoking, no parties or loud noise, not suitable children or pets sorry. Maximum 2 guests. Linen fee is typical of a 2 night stay, with the bed made up for you. This will increase for longer stays. Extras: Linen (Required, NZ$20.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;

Pros: Rooms were nice and well stocked. Very clean. Cons:Was very hot as no air con, no wifi, and have to walk up concrete stairs outside to get to the room. Overall, hot but relaxed stay.

We stayed here during Aims games and the location was perfect and easy to get to and from the Mount. Amazing view. Very clean, tidy and as advertised. Close to restaurants. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Overall beautiful place to stay and will book again. 😊

Pros: Clean & tidy, comfy bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen, good location, close to town, good views, park across the road. Cons: Bit of a hike up the stairs to 3rd floor with lots of bags in the rain, venetian blinds a bit worse for wear, blackout roller blinds would have been nice, no air-con.

Our stay was very comftorble. The description of the apartmrnt is bang on. Would recommend to anyone looking to escape the buzziness of everyday life. The view is amazing and the check in was very simple. Full jars of coffee and sugar containersp and the cooking equipment to cater for essential cooning. 10/10 all round.

Lovely, well equipped clean studio flat set just a couple of hundred metres back from the promenade in Tauranga. Easy to find, up quite a few stairs through! Parking readily available although not always in the sheltered garage. Everything we needed, comfortable bed and great views all round. Would definitely stay again.

A 4 minute walk away from downtown Tauranga cafe's,bars and shops. This studio apartment was a Godsend to walk to after a night in town following. The three flights of stairs are a little intimidating but totally worth the view we got to wake up to. The apartment was very tidy and clean which thoroughly appreciate and I was pleasantly surprised by the decent shower pressure in a modern-ish bathroom. Highly recommended. I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed as location for a tennis tournament fantastic location/price, views with washing/drying and great fit out including coffee beans. On one night was a concert next door and it was windy so hard keeping windows open. Would stay again if priced well. Stairs, parking and lower units are reflected in price.

This is a central location with convenient parking. The accomodation had all we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The reclining couch was very relaxing! The view from the 4th floor was beautiful - although it was a quite a climb up the stairs, so we were glad it didn’t rain!
