The sheets were SO SOFT!!! Thomas was very helpful! Thank you Thomas! It was nice to have a small frig with an actual little freezer that worked very well.
Bed was a bit firm for me, maybe a mattress pad would be nice.

Large room, comfortable bed, good location.
No breakfast. Needed to drive for any food. Mildew in tub, ceiling tile should have been replaced. Cost of room was high. There were lots of ways to add additional fees. Cleaning fee plus envelope in room as tip for housekeeping. Charge me environmental fee for water, but planted grass in front yard. Should have used xerioscape.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Excellent coffee. Love the isolated location. The swimming pool was a an unexpected surprise! Plus they have TCM! The in room microwave and refrigerator worked to perfection and was great to have.
The bed gets mixed reviews: my wife and daughter loved the bed; I found it too soft. The topper pads need to be tied down. We stayed in one of the newly upgraded rooms and staff specifically asked about the bed's comfort. Also, we suggested the facility add additional towel bars.

The parking was great lots of room for trucks and boats.
There was no breakfast and there are not restaurants. The pool was closed the whole time we were there which really sucked for the kids.

Convenient location near the Burr Trail.
Pool was closed. Creaky floor. Sprinkler left water spots on my car. Didn't get good value for the price I paid.

I like the available power outside to charge boat batteries and the morning coffee machine.
Hair all Over in the bathroom toilet and floor and hair on the bedding. I slept on too the bed. Very poor cleaning, the guy gentleman at the front desk is very unpleasant every time I have been there. He needs a new job! The beds are so old they sleep like a banana bed. Do better Tikaboo people.

The trailer house was decently clean.
Listing said there was a king bed, queen bed, 2 bunks showing double bunk beds and a couch sofa. It had 2 wrens and a bed with another mattress underneath it that you pulled out. No couch sofa. The trailer got really hot and had no ac.

The toilet was gross....it clearly was mot cleaned. The $15 cleaning fee is ridiculous. $8.99 Resort Fee for what? That needs to be made clear when booking.

Ticaboo is in a remote and stunningly beautiful location. We were happy to find ANY accommodation here this time of year (march) let alone one that is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. enjoyed chatting with the front desk folks. Las Vegas, this is not (thankfully!), but it IS a great base for exploring some of the best country in the great American Southwest.

There was none and it was so remote that you needed interaction with the staff and there was NONE. No one even answered the phone. Poor service.
We were late and called to let someone know and had to leave a voicemail. When we got there at 9:00 there was a man there but we had to wait for him to come to the desk and he handed us a paper to sign and our key and when we went back out to see what snacks were in the shop next to the desk and it was closed as was the reception desk, and the note said they would be back by 8:00 to reopen. They were not and we needed water and breakfast and there was none at the hotel and the restaurant as closed and we felt it was so remote that we were out there in our own. We never even had a chance to check out. It was just not a good experience

It is close to the marina
The website says there is a restaurant, there is not and the that is nearby closes at 5pm. We had to eat over-priced frozen burritos from the store in the lobby. The pool was closed, even though it is supposed to be open. The room is OK, but the phone doesn't work and the furniture is falling apart. There is an oblong toilet seat on a round toilet.

Very close to Lake Powell so we could get on our houseboat early. Pool was nice to cool down in the evening.
It was not very clean, didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a few weeks. The restaurant was closed, no food except frozen options at the front desk.
