This great 3 bedrooms villa in Bali is right next door to the 2BR favorite Wooden house in Seminyak (https://www.homeaway.com.sg/p3587097) - If rented together with the wooden house, both villas can accommodate up to 10 guests. Situated in a home residences' neighborhood, with only 5 minutes to enter lively Seminyak, the holiday rental is also close to the new happening area of Petitenget (5 minutes to Batu Belig Beach). The open concept for its living room and fully equipped kitchen bring a true breeze effect that always cool the space. 2 of the bedrooms are in the main building while an independent bungalow with a podium style is in a slightly separated area. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, 1 ensuite with bedroom, 1 is open air (outdoor bathtub) and 1 is enclosed in main building area (next to bedroom) There is also a 2 storey Gazebo in the garden as an outdoor space where you will be able to enjoy your dining experience also a place where you can lounge. Or simply enjoy sunbathing with the sun beds besides the 14m pool. Another great addition to this villa is an outdoor bathtub where you can cool off with style and comfort. The housemaids is great and can cook the breakfasts (continental)/ lunch with groceries cost only and maintain the villa. A complimentary use of mineral water throughout your stay is also available and a possibility of laundry. We can arrange any kind of motorcycle or car rental, baby sitter, spa on call, shopping of groceries on pre-arrival also a possibility of airport pick-up. A local mobile phone will also be provided for free. ***Available gap days can be booked outside the terms. Please send me a message***

A huge thanks to Benjamin, Dolla and Wayan for a wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful, serene, private and we always felt safe and secure. Our hosts' communication was excellent. We had a thorough email explaining exactly what to do once we arrived at Bali airport, which was so helpful because it's such a hectic place. Our hosts were extremely accommodating. Benjamin and Dolla made sure we had groceries on arrival (which helped a lot given we arrived at midnight). And Wayan, our housekeeper, made sure the villa was always clean and tidy, aesthetic, and she cooked us beautiful breakfasts. Dolla was very helpful throughout our stay, organising drivers and massages on request. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Thanks again.

We spent 10 days in this villa. Everything was better than our expectations. Lots of space on different levels, we can choose to be under the sun or away from the sun at any time of the day. The best swimming pool we have seen in any villa advertised. Wayan is just amazing, she took such good care of us. Ever unflappable. We ended up spending more time in the villa than we originally planned because we enjoyed it so much. Benjamin is the perfect host. He even allowed us to stay as long as we want on the day of our departure as our flight was leaving later in the evening. Even the local neighbours are fantastic. This is truly a home away from home. The location was initially hard to find but once you find it, there are no problems after that. It is away from the noisy Seminyak area but closer enough to all the best places in Seminyak / Pettitenget.
