Nice house in a quiete neighborhood. No problems during our stay.

Large home. Spotless. Excellent neighborhood. Close to anything in Arlington, Dallas, or Fort Worth. Absolute perfect house for 2 or 8. Private back yard. Host is the best. It is truly your home away from home. 5 stars for sure.

Place was clean, well stocked and in a good location! It was a good stay and convenient to all places we needed to go! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

House was prefect size for the 8 of us. 5 adults 3 kids. Lots of extra linens and kitchenware- sometimes with big groups it can be a struggle but this house was prepared! Backyard was a great place to unwind after our busy baseball game schedule each night. Littles enjoyed the few outdoor toys that were available. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to lack of attention to details. Lots of dust on ceiling vents, under the couch and blinds haven’t been dusted in ages. Touch surfaces, bathrooms and bedrooms were visibly clean, bed linens were clean. Just the little details lacking.

This was a beautiful house in a great location! We had everything we needed and then some with all the amenities this house offers. Communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Arlington area.

I loved this property - it was perfect for a 4 night stay in Arlington for a work trip. I had my Boston Terrier pup with me and she loved the big, enclosed back yard, and I loved the beautifully decorated, immaculate, extremely comfortable accommodations. From the huge couch in the living room, smart TVs in every room, luxury bedding, and everything you need in the kitchen, it felt like home instead of staying in a VRBO. I will definitely rebook as this trip will likely be an annual one for Big 12 Media Days in Arlington. Thanks Debbie! Wonderful home and you were super easy to communicate with.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Location was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were a little hot at night but fans were provided in the rooms to help with this. The listing did show two couches in the large room upstairs and there was only one. We had planned for someone to sleep there but were able to use the family room couch and everything worked great. We would definitely stay again!

Our family was in town for a wedding with our adult children. This house was a great fit for our needs giving us enough space for everyone to relax. It was adjacent to a neighborhood park to do some walking in the morning. Quiet neighborhood.

This was the most welcoming home we’ve ever stayed in with VRBO. We were able to enjoy our kids and grandkids immensely even though it rained all weekend long. Thank you for providing such a beautiful clean space for us.

We had a great stay! Debbie worked with our timeline and had everything ready. We stayed with our dogs and son. The backyard was great and the proximity to the park was awesome for our morning walks. Definitely would stay here again!

Love the house! A lot bigger that you think looking the photos. Lots of things supplied in the house. We have 2 toddlers and plenty of toys and back yard for them to run around in. Neighborhood playground was right behind the house. That was an added bonus!

We recently stayed at this house to attend a wedding in the Burleson area. We have 3 children between ages 1 and 6, so a hotel is not a good option for us. This rental gave us the flexibility to let the kids be kids and not worry so much about their noise and activity levels. The house itself was HUGE, with plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. We loved having access to a kitchen and laundry. I loved that there were some items there for us to use, like a ride on toy, a push lawnmower toy, some magnet tiles, etc. I wish there had been a high chair or pack n' play style crib or playpen, but we did fine without them. Overall, we would stay here again just to come back to the area with or without a wedding!

This place is palatial, great for getting one married couple and three adult siblings together. Plenty of spaces to congregate with enough space for alone time. Very well equipped. A pleasant relaxing stay.

Rented this property for a group of 9 adults and it was in the perfect location for our weekend getaway to attend the Cowboy/Bears game. Debbie was absolutely wonderful to work with. Answered any questions I had immediately. Property is located less than 2 miles from a Walmart. Ubers were very easy to get. House was clean, spacious, stocked with necessities. Back yard was huge and so nice to sit out and relax. Neighborhood was very quiet. Absolutely perfect weekend. Thank you Debbie for all you did for us this weekend. Great great host!

The house was one of the best I've stayed in. I've been using VRBO for about 6 or 7 years. Twice a year. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. It was just far enough away from the busy areas of the city. The owner had just about everything one would in the home. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Nice property, great location.

This property is beautiful. The price was perfect. The back yard was spacious and beautifully groomed. There is a noise ordnance. That was fine because the neighbors were friendly and very interactive. The master bedroom is huge. There were 12 of us and we were very well accommodated. The only problem that we had was that who ever cleans the property did not flush the food processor. The gnats were ridiculous. We contacted the owner and she was very apologetic and she did give us the okay time clean it. That was our only problem. The location was within distance of everything. We loved our stay.

This cozy house was perfect for us! It’s centrally located to everything! Very spacious and super clean! Host was very attentive and communicated well! Definitely coming back to Arlington!

The house and host were great. Kitchen 5/5 - Fully functional kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of cutlery. Bathrooms 5/5 - Bathrooms had plenty of towels, stocked toiletries and good showers. Bedrooms 5/5 - Spacious and comfortable.

Perfectly in the middle of everything. Nice outdoor area. More than enough rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was very nice and spacious. Had many tv options.
