This property is spectacular! Better than the pics. I rented both villas over '23/'24 New Years for my wife's 50th birthday celebration. We had a group of 15 adults and everyone had a fantastic time. A highlight was the 5-piece steel/pan drum band the hosts helped us arrange for sunset b-day at the pool. 1) The view is amazing. Sunsets (and sunrises) are incredible. 2) The Roberts (Andrez, Nair and family) are extremely friendly and helpful. 3) The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. The master bedroom in each villa is massive. Every room has an ocean view. 4) Chef-prepared meals can be arranged, but we chose to eat most meals out. The hosts were extremely helpful in stocking the house with basics (breakfast, drinks, etc). 5) The location is great and convenient. There is 1 nice beach within a short walk, but we chose to explore different beaches and areas on the island each day. Many great beaches within a 10-15 min drive. We used Craig Lake's 'Get There' cab service (He could accommodate all of us in 1 van) We rented 1 car, too, which the hosts arranged for us. 8) Shirley Heights is 30-40 min away and is well worth the trip for the BBQ/Steel Drums on Thurs or Sun!! 9) A very popular snorkeling spot (Cade's Reef) is directly offshore from the house. It's too far to swim, but you can book trips from nearby. We rented a catamaran out of Jolly Harbor. I would absolutely stay here again!! (Others in our group are already planning it.)

Pictures do not do these villas justice! The views are magnificent! The villas are huge & roomy. BUT…beyond the beauty of the space & views, the service was WONDERFUL! From Andrez, his dad & brother to the BEST COOKS…Ms. Heather, Adria & Paula. The food was magnificent! We were taken care so well! Love it!!!

This property’s design is amazing; it is positioned so that you get beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea from every room. The Villas are located up the hill from the main road with a paved drive way, therefore, access by vehicle was smooth. The double security gates that enclose the property were wide enough to accommodate our tour bus and the circular driveway was large enough for the bus to make a full turn comfortably. The private setting was ideal, we rented both villas. (You can rent one at a time if you have a smaller group) My family and friends enjoyed being away from the crowds of the larger, noisy, impersonal, resorts. We were able to be festive without worrying about disturbing neighbors. Although we were a large group we never felt cramped. The two main buildings are connected by a beautifully landscaped tropical garden walkway, but are far enough apart that if you only rent one villa it would still feel private. Next time I may take walkie-talkies to communicate with people in the other Villa, because even though wifi is included, the service was inconsistent and my cellular service was international so I was trying to avoid using it. The infinity edge pool had umbrellas for shade, sun lounges for those who didn’t want shade; as well as, sitting chairs and tables for pool side card games and snacks. We spent much time there in the day and at night playing music and enjoying the deck. Near the pool deck is an outdoor shower which was helpful for washing sand off when you return from the beach, we didn’t want to track it into the Villas. The villas high ceilings kept the us cool when the doors & windows were open so we could enjoy the Caribbean breeze; but we also had the option of using the AC if we wanted. The common areas were laid out so well that the loud sounds of laughter from our late night game night didn’t disturb the group members that went to bed earlier. These villas were really a great space for bonding & making memories. Mrs. Roberts even made us a homemade rum cake that tasted spectacular!!! This very personal touch was another reason we were happy booking with a local family. There was a private chef option, but our group chose to visit Ojs Beach Bar, Miracles Restaurant, Turner’s Beach Bar, Al Porto’s for Pizza, Dennis Restaurant, and Aunty Carvelle’s at Darkwood Beach because they we all so close by. Overall we had a great stay. Thumbs up.

This was one amazing stay. First of all, after our booking, communication before our visit with the Roberts family was prompt, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, there was a welcoming committee who welcomed us like royalty! Mrs. Roberts even made us a rum cake that was amazing. This property is perched up on the hillside on the southwestern side of the island with a simply breathtaking 180 degree view of the Caribbean ocean and Cades Reef just off shore. The infinity edge pool is simply awesome and we spend much time there. The property itself is like driving up to a castle. It is a newer home protected by a stone wall all around and a security gate. We felt so safe and sound all the time. The home itself is huge, just so much space so sprawl out and enjoy friends and family. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all with air conditioning and walk in showers by the way, we had plenty of room for our group. Every room has its own balcony with great views. A soft trade wind is almost always present and welcomed. But, the biggest selling point of this property isn't the property itself - it's the family that owns the property who are local and live just down the street. They are so helpful, go out of their way at the drop of the hat to assist any and all needs and are genuine in everything they do to make your stay amazing. We were lucky enough to have many interactions with Nair and Andrez. They helped us secure our required USA covid tests at the house so we could return home. We loved the opportunity to share a meal and drinks with Nair one night. He shared so much information about Antigua with us. And, after our departing flight was canceled by American Airlines, they took us right back in when the airline was unable to secure rooms for stranded passengers. If you get the chance to stay here, do it. You will have a stay that will leave you with friends and memories for a lifetime. Thank you Roberts family!
