The condo was nicely situated to walking everywhere. The walking path along the beach is fantastic and so fun if you rent bikes. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and everyone was so nice to deal with. We would come back here!

Overall, a very good experience. The unit was very well equipped - pretty much anything we would need (following an experience where we were missing very much in another rental). The AC was a bit weak & not quite as comfortable as we would have liked, but not too bad.

Amazing place, very clean, crazy beautiful views. The whole process with the management follow up emails to help you through the check in and check out process was outstanding. If you are looking for a wonderful convenient location for beautiful hikes/waterfalls and all the modern day amenities located near by, this is the place for you!
All the beach toys were awesome and allowed us to enjoy the beach in comfort. The two AC units kept the condo cool and comfortable for my family. Very safe location, excellent parking and an elevator right to the front door of the condo. The washer/dryer was great to bring back clean clothes so we didn’t have a ton of laundry when we got home.
I want to thank the owners for allowing us to use their condo. You have a slice of heaven! Mahalo!!!!

We had a great time on our trip, the extra half bath in this unit was a life saver for our family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, AC worked great, beautiful balcony view! We never want to leave!

This feels like our own vacation home, that only costs us small amount per year. We have no desire to stay anywhere else in Kauai. And Kauai is our favorite island. Excellent location. So close to all of our favorite eateries. 308 is consistently very clean. We try to leave the it just as clean as our arrival. Thank you so much to the owners and property managers!

This was a wonderful location in Kapa'a. The view was beautiful to wake up to sunrise each morning. The listing was well designed to give privacy to both rooms, and was very clean upon arrival.

There was a fair amount of sand still in the space when I checked in, but there is a vacuum, and I was able to take care of that quickly.
Also, it would have been helpful if the property management had explained the situation with the traffic before I arrived. Due to ongoing road construction, it would take me more than an hour to travel to beaches that were good for swimming. It would have been helpful to have that information prior to arrival so that I could have planned accordingly.

The location was great with restaurants and grocery store nearby. Traffic was at times a headache but that's just island life. My only 2 negatives was the shower and the A/C. The bathroom with the shower had no fan but the half bathroom did which was weird and needs to be fixed. The A/C was great in the larger room but not sure what was up with the smaller bedroom. We turned it off and at night it still was like 64 degrees! Other than those 2 issues I would definitely stay here again. Place was very clean. We had to search around for the beach chairs (they are in a closet on the balcony). It had everything you would need in the kitchen.

The checking process was easy. My complaints are that the property manager don’t reply unless you call them. Due to arriving early we send then message to do checking early to leave the luggage they never reply us back. We called them and the property manager say that no early check in because the property was occupied but she will gave us a call once the property was ready. We never heard back from here. Another thing is that you are supposed to print a parking pass. They should have those pass inside the unit. How you will print the pass if you receive the info one or two days before your arrival day. We got lucky because we stay the day before in a hotel and got access to the printer but what about those that fly and receive the checking instructions days before and re already traveling. Those are my complaints.

Our stay was one of the top vacation experience of our lives. And we vacation a lot! The view was amazing! The decor and amenities were spot on. Once of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Not often you have a cooler/heating system in the master bedroom. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be booking again, and not with a third party. This company deserves all the credit they very well earn!

The unit had a very comfortable bed, two bathrooms, a great and well stocked kitchen, a sitting/office room with a convertible couch and the living room. The AC was a life saver. I appreciated the elevator because three flights and luggage is rough, haha. The spot is right in downtown Kapaa so it was super fast and central to drive everywhere. We had an assigned parking spot and felt SUPER safe. The grounds were well maintained, the pool is small but lots of families enjoyed it. We also heard people BBQing and playing ping pong on the bottom floor. The management company was super responsive. We’ll stay here every time we’re in town; it felt like resort life without the crazy prices! 10/10, 5 stars, highly recommend!

great place to stay; kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the location, found some great places to eat... Safeway and the natural food store are across the stree. Tiki tacos also right down the street! We loved staying here... very comfortable place. AC was a life saver. We had no issues what-so-ever.

We had the best time at this beautiful condo. Clean, upgraded, well stocked, perfect place to relax. The bed was super cozy. We loved the location with the beautiful view and being able to walk to so many places. Would definitely come back!
