We stayed at Marshall’s place for 4 nights as part of our spring break trip to PR! It’s exactly as described. We booked very last minute and it worked out better than our previous accommodation would have! Really appreciate that! Things that made it great: Pool 2 min walk to beach Quiet beach area, shade til late in the day is plentiful. Grocery & bakery (yum!!) across the street 3 kids in one room (bunk with trundle) Entire town of Rincon is walkable/short drive away Laundry in unit Rooftop lounging area was nice in evening with a cool breeze. One bit of advice: I would suggest ear plugs / eye mask if sensitive to noise/light during night & using the second bedroom. Not owners fault, just location makes for road noise & lights in the second bedroom. Perhaps black out curtains would help? Master bedroom was dark & quiet though! Overall, would book again if in area!

This place is great for families. Pool, walk to the beach, walk to town and supermarket. Excellent all around!

This property is 100% as advertised and then some. Very clean and modern space. Nothing at all was broken or not working which is always a plus. Everything from bed linens to silverware , bath towels and even flippers and googles to go to the beach with were provided. Located right in the center of Rincon. plenty of food and fun within walking distance although I'd recommend a rental. Amazing sunsets every night . Full kitchen with everything but the food already there. Paul and Carmen were amazing host, very transparent with everything. Always text back within moments of my questions. Our only bad thing we could say is that we waited two days into our trip to book with them, should have do that the 1st day. And that we only booked for 1 week. Next time it will be 2... I will be coming back very soon!

We stayed at this condo for 3 weeks in July. PROS: Clean Well stocked Close to stores and restaurants The beach is an easy walk from the unit and was nearly empty most days so we felt like we had it to ourselves a lot. Private rooftop has amazing views of the sunsets. CONS: None.

We had an amazing stay here! The unit was perfect size for our family of four, in fact we could have easily fit more with the trundle bed and couches. The nearby beach was the best part, a free minutes walk, less crowded than the other public beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was not near the beach...it actually is about 5 blocks away. Needs a deep cleaning....master bath had no shower. Just a wand...no bottle opener or pitcher.....owner needs to spend some $ on property

The condo has great space, comfy couch, excellent location to experience the area. Bed was too firm for me but others may prefer. Overall, happy with our stay.

The property manager answered all emails quickly and gave Greta recommendations for restaurants around the area

This property is excellent for a quiet, intimate time off. Everything was right and on point. Only the Master Room Shower was unusable. For the rest... good!

Had an amazing view and location in Rincon but had old beds and linens and guest bath was stinking because shower curtain didn’t have a liner

Bathroom in main room dirty . Air conditioner leaking horribly after tech came still leaking . Spent my vacation monitoring air conditioner for them not to cause damage due to leaking . Bathroom I. Hallway show head not working.

This is the property you want to stay at if you are in Rincon. We went to all the beaches and the beach located out the door and one minute walk away from the property was the best by far. The grocery store is across the street for easy convenience. The Ricomini Bakery ,also across the street , is amazing . We visited it daily. This condo is so perfectly located next to everything you'll ever want to do in Rincon. Their is air conditioning in every room and everything was nice and cool each day we came back from exploring. Thank you for an excellent stay Marshall!

Cleanest property I’ve stayed at in Puerto Rico. Owner was super responsive let me add a few extra day... each day which was probably a little annoying of us but he answered promptly every time and was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We didn’t even have to leave the room to catch a great sunset from the rooftop patio. Thanks again for allowing our family to stay in your home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful. To use the pool, we had to reserve it because they did not allow several people at the same time and we really enjoyed it. In the area there are several restaurants, supermarkets and everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. The view from the roof is wonderful. The only negative thing I can say is that the children's air conditioning did not work. We quickly informed Marshall and a technician came the next day, but regrettably he couldn't fix it. We had to leave the door to the master room open to cool the children's room a bit, and also the air in the living room helped. Marshall apologized to us and gave us a discount on our reservation. Apart from this I can say that the experience was unique and that we would return to enjoy the beauties of Rincon.
