Hotel overall exceeded my expectations. Reception staff were great, especially this young lady doing the late shift.she was just amazing in the way she handled our very late check-in.

Parking lots are small and had to park on the public parking nearby. It's a pity for such a beautiful hotel. This is my only down point as I was travelling with kids.

Fantastic location! Good breakfast. We were surprised with a wonderful upgrade. A premium room with two bathrooms. Laura provided us with a list of recommended restaurants in the area and how to use local transportation to the popular sites. Great hotel service!

Location was perfect and close to everything we needed to get to. Hotel and room were spotless!

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious with a king-size bed. We had a beautiful big window that opened onto a small balcony with a fine view of the square below and the distant mountains. There were two comfortable chairs in the room for relaxing. It was in a great location for all the sights in Granada. There was a very handy car park opposite the hotel, which gave us a discounted rate of EUR20 a day. There were excellent breakfast choices in a tasteful breakfast room. The bathroom was very clean with a walk-in shower. The room was quiet, even though we were on a busy street.

The top floor (5th) has smaller windows than the other floors. Choose floor 3 or 4 to get better views.

Rooftop terrace not open - seasonal opening but assumed June would be far enough into season. No central, comfortable lobby .

Breakfast good, Junior suite was really nice with lovely French balcony. Location excellent except drop off of luggage arriving in own car was a little bit difficult. Staff friendly and helpful.

Water pressure in shower is ridiculous low. TV sound was basically limited to almost mute. Did not watch very much but should able to hear what is said.

Hotel is in excellent location, just few steps from all landmarks. Nice bright design, spacious room, very helpful staff, clean. Decent breakfast. Plenty of parking options - we used in-hotel underground parking which is indeed challenging to enter, recommended only for small/mid cars and confident drivers. Staff informs about that very carefully so it shouldn't be a surprise for anyone. Otherwise there is public parking across the street with the same price per night.

Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast area was very clean and pleasant

The fixtures in the room were a little in need of tlc. The door of bathroom was falling off and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
