Restaurant, grundsätzliche Ausstattung
Lage - langer Weg bis zur Tram. Va abends unheimlich da scheinbar schlechter Stadteil und einsam.
Service va Rezeption. Chaotischer check-in und Auskunft. Man soll einen Betrag freigegeben das Personal gibt einem erst nach mehrfachem Nachfragen eine Übersicht was denn nun enthalten ist - Kaution, Parkplatz etc. Und das auch nur ungefähr und mündlich…

This is one of the few hotels in the area that accepts pets. I booked rooms for myself and one for my mother - with her dog. We were happy with our rooms and breakfast. We will certainly book her again.

Prachtige grote kamer/suite
Er kwam nauwelijks water uit de douches.
Ook was de badkamer niet goed schoon.
Geen kastje/plank in de badkamer om een toilettas op te zetten.

Angenehmes Hotel, schöne Atmosphäre, gute Ausstattung.... zudem um Nachhaltigkeit sehr bemüht!
Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag in Amsterdam ist der Fußweg von der Haltestelle Kronenburg bis zum Hotel etwas mühsam.

Das Bett ist sehr (!) Bequem und die Suite mit Küche sehr praktisch. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel (15€ p.Tag). Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr einladend mit viel Auswahl.
Die Dusche hat kaum Wasserdruck (sehr Wassersparend).
Check out wurde bis 12 uhr angegeben. Um 11.45 wollten wir unsere letzten Taschen holen und sind nicht mehr ins Zimmer gekommen, weil unsere Karten bereits deaktiviert wurden.
Nur ein Fenster lässt sich minimal öffnen. Raus gucken kann man leider auch nicht, weil vor den Fenstern eine Art "Milchglas-Deko" ist.

Wir waren bereits vor ein paar Jahren in diesem Hotel und uns hat der Aufenthalt wieder sehr gefallen! Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr gute (und sichere) Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Das Hotel ist weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, das muss einem bewusst sein. Wir sind jeden Abend mit einem Uber für je 20€ pro Strecke direkt ins Zentrum gefahren.

Room is very spacious, super large bathroom with view of canal. Staff at front desk and room cleanup are super helpful. The service is very good.
The water pressure in shower is too weak.

Most of the staff was exceptional, especially that one guy who went over his head to find a way to help me clean my hiking shoes.
I've read somewhere in reviews that the shower is confusing to use, there were literally 2 valves (knobs), how did you guys make this far in life?
Parking uses a ticket system, barely alive at times when trying to leave in the middle of stay.
No direct HDMI connection available on TV, only Screen Cast with dedicated apps (YouTube as an example). Somehow this hotel managed to skip a simpler solution and went for a restrictive wireless one.

Very friendly and well-equipped hotel, clean. Highly recommended.
The hotel is situated on the periphery of Amsterdam, the surrounding is nice, but public transport and shops are far. Uber is quite expensive in Amsterdam. I highly recommend renting a bike.

4 star hotel. There's not much I can say. Radisson Blu never fails. All the presentations are what you can expect. The staff are all very hospitable and accommodating. There is air conditioning, high tech TV that can be used to cast netflix, Youtube, and other streaming devices from your phone. It is very easy to use.
Just the distance from the train and the eateries. It took us to use Bolt/Uber to just go to the nearest main train station, Amsterdam Zuid

The hotel is clean and modern, it has large and comfy rooms.
A month and a half after checking out (6 rooms) and the business invoice I've requested is still to be sent off. Nobody answered my dozen messages. It's ridiculous.

One has to go around the water to get anywhere. A little pedestrian bridge would save me like 40 minutes per day!

We weren’t happy with the fact that on the first night a false Firealarm went on around 2 am.We would have appreciated if someone from the staff would have informed us about it without having to worry about it.That was not a good experience

The STAFF were FANTASTIC!!! Front desk to top shelf in the restaurant. It was fun working with the cook / chef in the A.m for breakfast as they were very very accommodating. The ladie on afternoons managing the restaurant was so helpful. Also she got us hooked on BITTERBALLEN.. and yours was the best we had (and we had a lot all over the city)
The shower was rock star but was near impossible to get working. Sooo many taps and ZERO instruction. The T.V was a nightmare but we did not let it bother us too much as we were first timers to Amsterdam. But if we had a couple days of bad weather and were room bound...agh. Would have been a game changer

The hotel insists on the first check-in with a credit card, not cash. They recorded our card information and took an extra 200 EUR from my card without my knowledge, with various excuses without our knowledge (we didn't throw the butts we drank in the garden on the ground, we saved them, accusing me of smoking because I forgot them in my bag to throw them away and brought them to the room). I never recommend, the location is already too far. They save your card in the system without your permission and take extra money without your knowledge with various excuses. Too bad
