Excellent location, good price, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use again and recommend
Would have liked muesli option for breakfast but that's being picky as plenty of other options

So handy for the airport. Just across the road from Hatton Cross tube station, one stop from terminal 2&3.
8.0
The location and the the hotel were excellent the staff were helpful
The beds were very uncomfortable
6.0
Convientant for the airport. The cost was very resonable.
No food service when you arrive late or dont want to eat curry in a unrelaxing dinner hall.
5.0
Location was great, tube station across the road.
When we arrived our room wasn't set up as a family room so had to change rooms.
Overnight parking rate of £16 on top of price of room was a bit steep.
Food in restaurant didn't match up to the cost.
Receptionist and manager arguing in front of guest about staffing and the way the receptionist felt stressed could have been managed better

Convenient for Heathrow. Free tube
8.0
The closeness to the tube station, the room and bed was clean and comfortable
Breakfast was appalling, the room was not welcoming, food selection was rubbish, lukewarm food and staff were uninterested, most tables were full of used plates etc, choices were poor
Our shower leaked through the glass all over the bathroom floor
8.0
The pool / gym facilities
The fact you had no keg beers on.
Also the car charging points not working

Location great, right next to underground. Breakfast, leaving too early.

It was modern and clean and helpful housekeeping lady who tried to sort out our no hot water situation...that's about it really.
Alot!! Basically an unfinished hotel!!. Looks like the investors ran out of money half way through building it. No hot water in the bathroom. The enterence was confusing, no signage, where was the reception as shown in the pics with pink neon lights?? -No where to be seen?? Just some make shift weird boarded off set up. We weren't allowed a swim either as apparently the locals book it out!! - this should be for guests ONLY!!

Excellent location and fabulous value for cost. I stayed just one evening, as I had an early morning flight to catch. Located right across from Hatton Cross Station, it was easy to catch the tube to the airport. Bed was super comfortable and the size of the room was perfect. Would recommend.
A little nit picky on my part, but the walls were really scuffed and marked up. Took the ambiance away just a bit. Also, there was a Christmas party going on that evening and I could hear the music up on the 5th floor. But it died down after a bit, so it was very manageable.

Body shower has a really bad strong smell. The room was smelling that it had a water leak a couple of days before. Wifi was EXTREMELY bad, I had to use my 4G to work.

I didn’t have enough time here, would have liked the spa to be opened later.
It had a very ‘new’ smell to it. Could have done with an extra bed sheet, the room was a bit cold.

Lovely clean new hotel and spacious rooms. Waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. Service was great
The breakfast was overcooked and the food too spread out in what is a large restaurant. My wife never saw the cereals bay, and I never saw the OJ until we discovered a water machine by accident. This hotel is new, but verging on sterile and could do with a few plants, pictures etc. To make it more appealing
10.0
Easy check in, friendly staff, great bed, good shower, big tv, clean room, good wifi (free)
Cannot fault it.
£16 car park is a bit steep.
9.6
Close to Heathrow. Very nice bed. Good restaurant. Showers and bathroom in general very clean and positive.
Its quite far from the city centre of London.
7.1
The courtesy and warm dispositions of friendly staff.
The fact that i can't walk into the restaurant and order meal after lunch hours and before dinner.
Does not provide free shuttle services fro and to Heathrow airport.
9.2
The location is superb in that it is opposite Hatton Cross Station on the Underground and one stop away from the Heathrow Airport terminals. The hotel is iconic in shape, brand new and beautiful. The Leisure facilities and hotel rooms are excellent; the rooms are well-lit, soundproofed from the constant planes flying overhead, but less so internally, and air-conditioned/heated. The staff were polite and friendly. Very nice swimming pool, jacuzzi (bit too much chlorine on Day1) and steam and stone saunas (the temperature on the latter was not high enough - I understand it should be 80-90 but was set on 60). Large flatscreen TVs in rooms and in communal area and in the restaurant/reception areas, although the TV guide is non-existent on the channels (which is a bit frustrating). The atrium section of the restaurant is also nice, in that there is clear sky overhead.
The family had breakfast included in the package, but that was a mixed bag. Although the food was edible, the buffet containers need to be covered. The croissants were too hard (I suspect stale) on Day 1. After speaking to the Management, Day 2 was good. Then Day 3 reverted to Day 1 status. Improvement needed! The suite of crockery was also suspect, as there were cracks in some of them. The choice on the Full English was Pork sausages and Bacon. There needs to be options on the sausages for those who don't eat either. The new bathrooms need soft-closing toilet seats, soap dishes and sliding doors on the shower cubicles to eliminate external spillage. Electrical sockets should be on both sides of the bed as opposed to just one. It appears the hotel has been open to the Public earlier than anticipated, as the Info page on the TVs speak of a 3rd Quarter opening (i.e. Sept-Dec 2019) when, I understand, the hotel has been operating since March this year. There is some evidence of this, in that the Car-Parking facilities are still being worked on. Car-Parking fees of £16 per day is a real put-off for individual guests (and that is confirmed by my conversations with other guests). It may be better for Corporate entities, or to have subsidized rates for individuals and families. Our children were in a room opposite with no view out, as the rooms surrounding the Atrium's restaurant on the 1st and 2nd floors are all blinded externally (Not too good, as this should be stated as an option when one is booking). The rooms need drawers other than the one on the desk (which has a hair-drier in it) and a suggestion would be to have a complimentary bottle of water in the refrigerators and a box of tissues at the bedside. There should also be some literature in the bedrooms, giving information about the facilities and the local area etc. This is shown on the TV's Information page, but the question lingers: What happens in an electronic breakdown?
