Location was convenient. Everything there was as expected. All communication through WhatsApp was also convenient.

There is a club near the building. Therefore, you cannot sleep properly while the club is operating (4 nights per week). Even when all windows are closed, you can hear it from 10pm until 6:30am. Which was very unexpected considering that the club is +-500m away and the appartement is on the 30th floor.

The air conditioner did not cool the apartment. Sometimes the smell of food.

Modern, clean, with everything you could need. Owner was prompt, helpful, engaging but without being intrusive. Great location.. easy access to everything you need to get to in Santa Cruz

Was unclear from the information on the apartment, whether it was part of a hotel or something else. It is an apartment in a high rise tower of many other privately rented/owned apartments which was absolutely fine but I would have liked to have been clearer on that before we arrived.

Apartment very clean modern, all facilities, free WiFi. Excellent location
