リーズナブルなのに、期待以上の宿泊でした。また利用したいと思います。

築浅で清潔、電子レンジ、カトラリー、お皿など一通り揃っていて、期待以上でした。家族4名で２泊（一室利用）しましたので、洗濯が出来るのも大変助かりました。素晴らしいです。駅から線路沿いに歩くと迷わずいけます。徒歩3分程度のところにマックスバリューが、タイムズカーシェアも近くに幾つかあって便利でした。

無人のフロントですが、案内通りに画面が切り替わらずスムーズにチェックインできませんでした。電話ですぐ繋がるのは助かるんですが、操作中は電話が切れて、操作がうまく進まない度に、電話をする事に。約10分程度の事でしたので問題というほどではありませんが、スムーズにいけば、１、2分で終わったと思います。エントランスの施錠時間をpdfの説明書に記載してもらえると、予約者だけでなく、利用者全員に伝わると思いました。

Saubere zentrale Wohnung in Bahnhofsnähe.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir konnten sie zum Kochen verwenden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erreichen können und der Hauptbahnhof Hakata ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch der Check-in funktionierte reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ein Schrank für Kleidung wäre wünschenswert.

Good price for accommodation with kitchen and washer

It was well stocked with supplies. Also looks brand new.

The location is far from main tourist attraction area and the train station. It’s far from restaurants and cafes. So it requires about 15 minutes walk each time to get food or catch a train. The noise from passing trains can be heard at night.

Good accommodation, clean, good value

I like the space of the room that is wider than the average hotel in Japan. Room facilities are good. But should have an iron and ironing board would be better.

The property will need at least a 15-minute walk to walk to Hakata Station. Would like to have brooms to clean in the accommodation as well In case of staying for several days in a row, it can be cleaned.

I wanted to take a short trip with my family. Upon getting to this facility I was happy because the location was great a

Checking in was easy and the facility was very clean.

I had a little trouble getting in. I later realized that I was not pressing the buttons correctly 🤣

near train railways

the self-check-in is good if you want to meet fewer people. There is a good coffee shop next door. Near seven eleven. 11 minutes walking from Hakata station.

Since there is no receptionist, we can't order a taxi. Walking and bringing luggage to Hakata station / Fukuoka airport during rainy days can be challenging. If you are a foreigner and don't have an Uber / taxi application, it's better to find closer accommodation near Hakata station. Only local channels on television.

A great space for extended trips

Spacious and clean. The split bathroom and toilet facilities was convenient for groups, and it was nice having a equipped kitchen. The location is about a 10-15 walk from the JR Hakata station, and there were several supermarkets within walkable distance.

It would be nice if they provided a water dispenser in the building and extra garbage bags for extended stays.

Superb

Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the Hakata station to the hotel. Good facilities inside the room and suitable for families stay.

Can hear the train pass by occasionally, will be great if to provide small vacuum during our stay so that we can clean up on our own when necessary.

This worth only if you are Petite size.

The hotel room was extremely small. We couldn’t move in the room at all. Only about 12 inches space between the foot of the bed and the wall. There is no closet. The sofa was for Petite size. So, it was very uncomfortable to sit. I couldn’t sit and watch TV even for 10 min. Bed mattress is very poor and uncomfortable. For the money we paid ($381/night, it has no value. Compared to a typical US hotels, it is a worse than any hotel. The place was like a motel level quality, that may cost less than $70/night.

I wish it had normal windows so we can see outside. It can be a little gloomy with the frosted windows.

Pleasant

I booked 3 rooms in total (301, 401 and 302). I stay in 302 room, it is a bit dirty, there are a lot of dust and some rubbish under the bed ( a used bandage was found under the bed) and with strong smoking smell when check in. The sofa also with stain.
