The standard of cleanliness was well below average and needs to be improved dramatically bedding was also old and looked like it had never been washed light bulbs need to be replaced in some places the fan in the main toilet would not shut off I have sent pictures of these and other complaints directly to the realtor

Location, 3 bedrooms 2bathrooms are handy, good TV , Living room Furniture was serviceable as was Kitchen, Inside Unit was generally very clean.

Balcony was not clean, barbecue was greasy and not maintained. We stayed here 10 years ago and I swear it's the same Main Bedroom mattress( soft and hollow in the middle, needs updating).Queen bed in second room needs updating also ( see above). Too many cushions, not enough pillows and most had had their day. Shower roses need replacing, only half work. Marks on walls so needs a paint, Floor tiles need a polish, Cheap appliances. Basically, very little has been spent on ongoing maintenance and it shows. Unit is serviceable but needs an update.

location of this Unit is great close to everything, Secure parking and premises

Very central location to restaurants, shops and beach. Secure ground floor parking for one car. Large balcony with outlook.

Garage door lock didn't lock however garage was in a secure carpark.

Great location, handy to everything..cafes, hotel, beach and wonderful views. Great size for a family or couples, was equipped well. Layout of the unit was great with main bedroom and ensuite set apart from the other bedrooms. Lovely sized balcony to enjoy the morning sun.

A little bit more attention to cleaning (Oven, BBQ and in particular the exhaust vent in ensuite) . Shower head and basin tap in ensuite could also do with replacing. Note...parking is very tight for large/family cars but carpark opposite was very handy.
