The owner and staff were super kind and friendly. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. My room was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean. Highly recommended.

Garden and view is great. Room is large and clean. Free parking. Staff helps when you need something.

There are no elevator so you have to carry all your baggage through stairs. Bathroom is not useful. It is an apartment building, not like a hotel. The road to hotel is not very good. Breakfast is not sufficient

An excellent Vila ,real deal for what you pay. Clean, neat, comfortable. Wonderful view and quiet to sleep at night. The host is running his place with hart fir his guests and is going the extra mile to help you when needed. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Real treat to be there.

I have travelled to over 60 countries and am not a picky person but there are numerous of bad things at this place that has to be mentioned 1. No warm water the entire stay in the shower. When you try to use hot water in the shower the pressure becomes so weak that it just drops water, basically hot water non existent. Also shelf in the shower wouldn't be bad. 2. Beware of big dog. Dog is walking freely in the entire property. Despite telling them to put him on the leash he was running everyone. I am afraid of dogs and this is unacceptable. I booked a room in a hotel not in a zoo. 3. Parking does exist but in the evening when we came back there was no space available, so I couldn't park my car. Had to put it far away in a very dodgy area. Very unsafe. 4. Gym/fitness is a joke. Only one lat pull machine and a chest press bench. However the weight plates are so little that unless you are a woman who is fine by using only maximum 10kg that's not enough to do anything with. Dumbbell maximum weight of 5kg. All in all its not a fitness. False advertising I would say. Couldn't exercise anything except back. 5. Despite booking a room with 2 big double beds they insisted in downgrading us and making it look like they are doing us a favour by giving us the room we booked. Very uncomfortable situation. Owner, or it might be actually a staff member, is very cold, rude and unpleasant. 6. Lastly, it's not a hotel but rather a big guesthouse. All in all, despite the view being nice it was a very bad experience and I wish I didn't stay here a second. Please guys be aware when booking here

Clean room and amazing views from the pool.

Excellent accommodation, very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent gym, fantastic pool, incredible view from the balcony, a little heaven on earth... See you next summer.

Nice hosts, possibility to order food for dinner. Modern furniture. Nice view of the mountains. Free private parking in front of the house. 10 minutes drive from Budva.

Swimming pool was very nice but water was a bit cold.

New fully equipped accommodation. The outdoor pool is phenomenal and super great for relaxing in the evening. The town of Budva and the beach 🏖️Jaz is only 2 kilometers away. Always my pleasure

We stayed here for one night. It was absolutely lovely! Wonderful view into the valley, big and comfortable beds and a nice and quiet location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we recommend this apartement if you want to explore the seaside of Montenegro. Thank you!
