Hemos ido siempre y es increíble. Igual que en las fotos

No me gustó que ahora hay que pagar una fianza, de la cual nadie te informa de eso. Son 200€. Y te lo dicen en el hotel nada más llegar. Obviamente es entendible pero creo que se tiene que avisar antes y hacer la devolución de la fianza al salir ese día del apartamento. Por lo demás genial.

La comodidad de la cama y la limpieza

La plancha de vez en cuando tira alguna gota de agua y moja la ropa por varios sitios (alomejor soybyo que no se planzhar🤣)

Excellent location for a few days stay

Simple yet effective use of the space and excellent location away from busy street and restaurants and bars.

Could do with some more utensils to enable making breakfasts and lunch if staying in property.

Great place to stay.

The apartment was amongst locals rather than tourists which we preferred. Also close to the beach & bars, restaraunts and shops. Property clean.

Parking outside apartment was difficult at times. No instructions for the hob and extractor.

We still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The deposit required which wouldn’t be required in the hotel. Being unaware of the deposit required. The smell of the mop and brush. The smell of fish in the fridge probably from previous guests. The dirty utensils. Finally some minor damage that made the room look tired.

Overall would recommend.

Location was fantastic and the hot tub on the terrace was great! The apartment was clean and well presented.

The WiFi did not work. On the 2nd night we had a very rowdy group move in next to us and they kept ringing our intercom at 3 am! Because there is no one on reception we had no one to complain to. There was no toaster and the kettle was faulty.

Really enjoyable stay, would recommend.

Bright, clean, comfortable and the air con was a very welcome reprieve from the heat!

The only small issue was the walk up to the 525 hotel to collect the key, an hour round trip.

Two bathrooms, plenty of space, large bed, location.

Too few pots and kitchen utensils. We don't recomend the beach nearby.

Wifi speed was appalling. No English language channels on TV and impossible to see anything on laptop because wifi speed was appalling. 2 of the cheapest toilet rolls for 2 people for a week. Really? Had to buy a pack of 6 and leave 5 behind. How mean is that🙁

Very good location in the old town. Close to beach, marina and restaurants.

The grout was missing between some of the floor tiles in the shower and insects were crawling in from beneath. Needs renewing

the instructions to check in were not very clear. sent us to an apartment address when we should have gone to the hotel 525. it should have just said the hotel not the address of the wrong apt.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay but approx 25 min walk from the 525 Hotel

very quiet and close to all amenities.

I would have some instructions on how to operate the blinds.

Good value for money in the center of town, close to the beach.

The location in the center of town and close to the beach. Very good price for the space. Spacious apartment, very clean and modern.

The sofa bed was a bit dirty and I had wished that the extra bed was made for my young daughter since they knew she was coming with us. instead we had to figure out how to make it when we arrived tired. Also you have to take the cover of the sofa bed and then you realize that the sofa is quite stained.

The location was fantastic. It had restaurant nearby, supermarket, shops and most important - the beach was a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

We had to use the sofa for our kids. I did not like the way that mattress looked - it needs a good cleaning. The bed though was very big and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the stay and jus ignored this little downside.

An unexpected unpleasant stay showing a lack of supervision of staff and checking by management.

The apartment was overall clean, apart from the toilet which had urine and parts of faeces in it, tidy and modern.

The toilet was dirty with urine and bits of faeces floating in it. There was only one cup, one coat hangar, no kettle and the tv did not function. We had to travel 3k to the hotel reception to sort out these shortcomings. The male receptionist was empathetic and supplied us with the necessary items. My wife later showered and found that the water outlet was blocked which subsequently flooded the hall, and would have flooded the bedroom but for my wife trying to stop the water escaping with the use of towels. A workman was called in to unblock the water outlet but failed. Subsequently, after about an hour we were allocated another flat. My wife was left traumatised by the episode. The two staff that were called in to help were empathetic, and a credit to the hotel doing there jobs as best they could given the circumstances. A subsequent letter of complaint to the manager asking for a refund concerning an unpleasant stay was responded with platitudes. His attitude was uncompromising, We had been given another room and there would be no refund as he had fulfilled their obligations. We got to the other room at midnight, asleep about 0100hr, then up at 0600 hr to catch a flight.

Modern apartment close to sea in a small block with a lift. 2 small balconies. Great bathroom.

Was supposed to have a sea view. You could see the sea from the roof terrace but if thus was the sea view referred to then it was a misleading property description.

only stayed one night and if we had of being able to park closer to the apartment block it would have been ideal.

the property is modern, clean and comfortable

we didn’t like have to check in at the partner hotel which is over a mile away. We then had to navigate to the apartment block which had roads closed due to maintenance, but there no mention of this at check in. the staff need to make customers aware and give us a suggested route. we and couldn’t work out how to get near the accommodation by car. only one mug available in kitchen.
