Great location

The apartment was clean and bright, with very stylish but minimal decorations. Location is the best thing! Located in dead end street, which gave us peace from the city traffic jams, but very close to the Old Town (we loved hidden stairs as a shortcut to the promenade by the sea). There is parking option in the garage, it's expensive (10€ /day) but we recommend taking it, because it's almost impossible to find available parking in the narrow steep streets.

Rooms are small, but still there is space for 2+2+1 people. Bad wall soundproof (you can hear when neighbors are back home). Kitchen missing some equipment (salt, pepper...)

Pleasant stay! A place I’ll suggest also to friends!

Very beautiful seaview from the bedroom, comfortable apartament, kitchen well equipped, private parking, beautiful neighborhood, and clean. It feels like home.

The toilet didn’t have bin to throw the garbage, except this all good.

lovely apartment to rebook again

I like the complete complete kitchen facilities, laundry facility, the spacious of the apartment, the comfortable sofa, the convenient walk to the old town

the wifi reception was bad in the bedrooms. almost no wifi at all. but works fine at the living room (once in a while) this only referring to 1 apartment. another 2 apartments I’ve booked works fine.

amazing apartment in great location

This apartment had everything you could need - lovely sea view,washing machine,dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen plus tonnes of space. 5 - 10 minute walk to Old Town. Staff were exceptional too - let me check in early and dropped me down to the apartments because of the pouring rain!!!

excellent location, lovely views, nice and clean, good facilities

bit of a sticky start as it wasn’t an easy location to find and when we got there the washing machine was unplugged but in fairness the staff were very helpful with any issues and all in all it wasn’t a big issue

Very good

Apartment was very clean, staff friendly and helpful and the location excellent. There was plenty of room in the apartment for the two of us.

Room keys had to be picked up from another hotel and walking first there and then to the actual apartment wasn't that nice with all the luggages and other staff with us (There are lot of stairs and hills in Budva!)

Superb

The apartment had all the household appliances we needed, well furnished. It was close to shops, the old town, beaches and other necessary places. It had 2 bathrooms, which is extraordinary for a group of 6 people. The living room, balcony and the bedrooms were very comfortable. They provided us with parking spaces (€10 per day) a bit much.

In general, we liked everything here are some recommendations for the administration: during the our stay, cleaning was never done, they only changed the towels once. The apartment had only one mirror, only one access key for 6 people and the check in is at another hotel.

worst stay ever!

this was the worst stay ever! First we arrived and there was no one to give us the keys or check us in, so we contacted them and it took them so long to answer us, anyways long story short we ended up going to another hotel to take the keys of the apparatmen and to check us in, we ended up arriving around 12 am! Second, we put our clothes in the washing machine and the machine refused to open for some reason and our clothes got stuck inside, so we reached out for them, and they said that the washing machine was blocked and that they had to bring someone to bring our clothes out, later on they texted us saying “we don’t want to pay for your recklessness as the machine was broken and it was obvious, so you can come tomorrow morning to pick your clothes up and pay”( they didn’t warn us nor a note was written so how could we know?) we refused to pay and the manager started screaming at us and refused to give our clothes back, and we ended up leaving it there (we didn’t take our clothes back) cause they were so rude and we couldn’t deal with it anymore cause we’re supposed to be enjoying our vacation! All in all i think that was a way to take extra money from people so be careful!

We liked the location and view from our apartment.

We found dirty dishes in a dishwasher, one sheet was with holes, poor WIFI connection in the bedroom.

Air conditioner in one of bedrooms is installed inconveniently, cold air flow falls right on the bed so it's impossible to sleep with air conditioning. Apart from that everything is perfect

Relaxing 3 days, although hugde buildings are growing close to beach front. It is a pitty for Budva.

Excellent location, 2 min. by stairs from centre. Very small street, so in main season it must be extremely stressfull to reach the property by car. Parking space encl. within the building.

The small street to get to the building. It is impossible for two cars to pass each other. Luckily it was not that crowded so we or the other car could drive backwards for making a free space to get the other car passed by. In season it must be a big problem.

Well maintained apartment at a prime location suitable for a family on holiday.

Clean rooms, excellent view, safety and security. Car parking was very safe. Room furniture, beds were all good. The property is at a good location and well maintained. Good kitchen with all essential utensils.

The approach road is narrow as cars were parked on sides throughout. This is an issue beyond the control of the hotel. The apartment is at a short distance away from the office from where we have to collect the keys.
