Camp Reminiscing is located n Adirondack foothills on Brantingham Lake (45 mins N of Rome NY, 10 mins south of Lowville NY). Ideal for relaxing and/or entertaining. Great room, fireplace, porch & 6 bedrooms. 150' of waterfront, two docks, boat house, numerous water toys, spacious fire pit and 8 bicycles. Minutes from year round trails, skiing and golf. Enjoy NY's snowmobiling mecca in the winter. Limited availability in July & August. Our base rates include 6 guests. Extra fees apply above 6.

We are return guests to Camp Reminiscing. We love this camp for the space, the amenities, and most of all the lake. Doesn’t get much better than this!

This was our 4th stay at Camp Reminiscing and it did not disappoint. Our family always looks forward to our time at the lake. Lots of memories made! The enhancement to the lakefront and boathouse were beautiful!

Everything was just as the lister promised. Great view
Lots to do, a paddle did break from old age And dry rot but made for a fun story getting back to shore!

The place was so picturesque!! Beautiful view of the lake!! Loved the cabin feel of this beautiful lakeside home!!! We enjoyed a fire by the lake at night and breakfast and coffee on the dock in the morning!! Great neighborhood and easy access for our boat!

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place for the 3 of us. Lots of room to entertain when friends of ours from the area came up for dinner. Excellent communication with the owner when we had questions. We will be making this a yearly event when we come home for Christmas.

Christmas getaway
We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place for the 3 of us. Lots of room to entertain when friends of ours from the area came up for dinner. Excellent communication with the owner when we had questions. We will be making this a yearly event when we come home for Christmas.

Excellent place for a family or small group to enjoy, beautiful lake views. Plenty of space to sleep. Direct Access to the ATV/UTV trails. Excellent communications with the property owner.

Camp Reminiscing
The location was exactly as advertised. Wish the weather had been a tad warmer but that can't be helped. Spacious, quiet, and beautiful!

Had another wonderful vacation at camp! The house is perfect and has everything we need. Enjoyed relaxing swimming, fishing and kayaking. Even had old games and puzzles for a rainy day. Thank you!!

Great house
Lots of room for family and friends. The house is well maintained. We really enjoyed sitting on the dock and relaxing. We of course had to take a spin on the family heirloom, it brought back great memories for my sister and I.

Enjoyed our second stay even though weather was not cooperative. Place was neat and clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a getaway.

Great Lake house getaway
We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and rowboat. Highly recommend this lake house for family getaways!

Girls weekend!
We had a wonderful weekend here. The enclosed porch was our favorite spot! We enjoyed exploring the lake using the kayaks and canoe that were provided for use. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. Great long table to have meals at. Did not turn the tv on at all - no need to at the lake. Being right on the water was awesome. The stairs to the water are not to steep or long - my 78 year old mom had no problem. We enjoyed sitting around a fire at night (firewood was provided). Great place and can’t wait to come back next year.

Camp reminiscing
I live in the fingerlakes region and as beautiful as it,this area is gorgeous. It was peaceful. I thought the house would be a little bigger than it was, but we had everything we needed. I would love to go again.

Our stay at Camp Reminiscing
We enjoyed the camp itself. Very nice, but still felt like Camp. The screened in porch was great, and we built a camp fire each night. The fire setup gives a great view of the lake. We sat in chairs on the dock each morning while we enjoyed coffee. The kayaks were fun. We used them several times to tour the lake. Nice that the cabin is not far from the Camp store and a couple of restaurants. The Pine Tree Inn was great. We ate there twice. The camp is well supplied. We enjoyed meals prepared on the grill. We look forward to a return visit.

We had a wonderful weekend as usual. House was fully equipped with our needs. Great times with some great people and great views. Look forward to coming up again.
