Located in Chatham, this charming house for £333 per night is a great option for your next vacation. My family and i live full time in lexington, ma. We decided to purchase a vacation home in chatham, ma because of the short access from boston. Chatham has all the charm and beauty as nantucket island has which is where we married. It just so happens chatham is so much easier to get to than nantucket! This was an investment for us as we enjoy the experience and the quality of life we have had vacationing in chatham. It is a wonderful vacation spot and best on the cape! We hope you enjoy your stay! Keywords: beautiful year round vacation home with finished hardwood floors throughout - totally renovated with a beautiful exterior deck and covered eating area. New yard, new siding, new deck, new irrigation system, new hardwood floors, new recessed lighting, new beds, newly painted walls, new furniture and all the appliances. Includes new HVAC heat and central a/c throughout for those humid days/evenings! Giant deck in fully fenced in backyard takes full advantage of both sun and yard area. Spring, summer & fall seasonal ping pong table, above ground fire-pit, horseshoes, and fenced in hot/cold outdoor shower - all new!!!. This house is perfect for a family get-together at the Cape. It has great living space for the family to hang out together, but still has plenty of nooks and crannies for people to have their alone-time. . . both indoors and out. The “bonus room” above the garage is a very cool little sanctuary within the property.
It’s located very close to everything. In fact, my daughter walked to the fishing pier for a lobster roll and to watch the seals. It was a 3 minute drive to the Chatham Bars Inn for dinner and less than 10 minutes to the Chatham Squire and Main St. shops.
The communication with David and Evelyn was clear and fast. They were very accommodating to our needs.
We’ll definitely come back to Chatham - and rent this house again when we do!

We had another great stay at the location. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and perfect location close to Main Street Chatham. The fenced in yard is always a plus for the kids to play without having a worry. Check in is easy with keyless entry. Thanks for sharing your home!

We had a fantastic stay, everything was clean and updated. Perfect size house for up to 10 people. Very close to the center of town and all conveniences. Highly recommend!

After a few initial hiccups and correspondence with David, we were generally pleased with the home, the yard and property, the accommodations, and the location. With that said, the home itself could use a little TLC to help it sparkle. Items like busted screens, dirty walls, and wiggly headboards are holding us back from a 5 star rating.

This house was perfect for our family. The layout includes a King bedroom and full bath on the first floor which was great for my 80 year old father-in-law. There was a bedroom with daybed as well as the kitchen, living room, dining room, nook, laundry, and sitting room. Upstairs the two bedrooms and full bath was great for my family of 4 but could have accommodated an even larger group in the 3 twin and 2 full beds. Above the garage there is a queen bedroom with half bath with access from an outside stairway from the back porch. The fenced in yard with outside shower and official sized ping-pong table made for great entertainment when we weren't making smores in the firepit or grilling in the weber gas grill. The garage even has an extra fridge/freezer and beach toys/chairs along with 2 adult bikes and 1 kid bike.
This property was clean and just as advertized. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Check in included getting emailed a door code the day before check in. Our family gives this location a 5/5 and if we plan another trip to Cape cod this will be the first property we look for.

The house was great ! I loved how it was spread out and with the fire pit and the ping pong table you never felt on top of each other . Nice scenic spot to walk in. Would definitely rent again.

Great place for a fall weekend in Chatham
We had a great stay at David and Evelyn's place in Chatham. The house was clean, spacious, nicely furnished -- and just down the street from the wedding venue we were attending! Would highly recommend.

Birthday celebration in Chatham
We had a wonderful 3 day stay in Chatham. The house is bright and has so much character and space. The kitchen has everything you would need including a Keurig and filtered coffee machine. Loved the keyless entry and the outdoor living. We had fun one night with Trivial pursuit card questions around the fireplace and we enjoyed our outdoor breakfasts on the deck. My two pups loved the outdoor space with the fenced in yard and the outdoor shower is a must with warm water in the fresh outdoors. We enjoyed the Chatham Fishing Pierre with lots of seal sightings, long walks on Nauset Beach and a visit to the Monomoy Wildlife Refuge. A very memorable weekend in a lovely home in quintessential Chatham.

Beautiful property
My family very much enjoyed this property for a long weekend. The ease of having a keyless entry was a surprising detail that was nice to have. The fenced in property was perfect to keep the dog and kids in the backyard without having to worry about them wondering off. The entire house was very clean and well stocked with pillows and blankets after coming in from the fire pit on a chilly night. My sister and young daughters favorite part was the “clubhouse” (as we called it) that was located just outside the main house.
We are already looking to come back, to this property, in September!

The house was beautiful! Great location in Chatham and a perfect set up for our two families with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. There is even a 5th detached bedroom with its own entrance and bathroom. We loved the backyard as it was spacious with a great deck and fire pit. Thank you so much we had a great time!

Thanksgiving Pod
This was such a wonderful property. Clean, great kitchen, great mattresses/pillows, layout is perfect. We loved the firepit in the evening and walks at the many wildlife sanctuaries in Chatham by day.

Perfect Escape!
I rented out this listing with a large group of friends to relax and escape quarantine life. It was everything we had hoped it would be! The weather was great so we were able to really enjoy the huge backyard, patio and fire pit. The entire house was very clean and my group loved the bathrooms that were recently renovated. We really appreciated that the hosts also provided plenty extra household supplies which in times like these are very essential. The separate private room above the garage was also beautifully designed (it was just missing window curtains). All in all, a very great trip and would recommend to anyone visiting the Cape!

Our family enjoyed our week-long stay. The property was very well maintained, clean and kid friendly. I recommend this property for anyone with a large or extended family. Short drive and easy access to the beach and downtown.

Great home!
The house worked out well for us. The yard and covered area for dining were perfect and kept everyone outside most of the time. Location is terrific - so close to Chatham Bars Inn, Main St. restaurants, Lighthouse Beach and Hardings beach.

A much needed getaway!
Recently, my husband brought our three kids (15, 14, and 4 years old) to Dave and a Evelyn’s house for a quick getaway before our sons’ youth sports schedules start back up. Initially, I was a little hesitant to head down to the Cape due to the Covid restrictions, but any worry I had quickly dissipated upon arrival. Dave and Evelyn’s house is fantastic, it was perfect for our family. My 4 year old loved the swing out front and the cul-de-sac was perfect for her to ride her bike. Additionally, the location was ideal, just a couple miles from Chatham Lighthouse beach. We enjoyed our runs in the morning with a quick visit to Chatham Perk afterwards for smoothies and breakfast sandwiches. Their communication was excellent, which we greatly appreciated. My kids have already asked when we can go back.

Great stay for the holidays
We had a great stay with our whole family over the Christmas holiday. The house was a great size with a well equipped kitchen. Location is fantastic - just a mile or so from the beaches and shops Chatham has to offer. Bedrooms were spacious and two full bathrooms came in handy for our whole crew. We will definitely look to come back!

Thanksgiving Weekend
Our party of 9 was quiet comfortable in this clean and well equipped home. The location is a short drive to the lighthouse, downtown and several beaches. It is also walkable but we were there in November when temps were not conducive to a comfortable walk. The property managers were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the ample living areas which feature beautiful wide pine floors! The open floor plan was ideal for our large group. The temps outside were frigid but the home stayed comfortable and warm. We had no problem preparing our Thanksgiving Dinner in the updated kitchen! We have booked this home again already!

Great place for long weekend
We rented this house for a long weekend for a wedding at the Chatham Bars Inn. It was an extremely convenient location for all the wedding events and for shops. The house was great! So much space and variety of sleeping arrangements. The kids found a secret stash of toys which they loved and the outdoor space is really awesome. The owners made the entire process so easy and were very accommodating and communicative with us. The only downside is having to bring your own linens and towels but understandable for the affordable rate we got! Definitely a fantastic option!

A great home for a family to share!
In Chatham for a wedding at CBI - and this location was perfect! Multi-generations were able to spend time and enjoy time together with plenty of room for all. Had the opportunity to meet Evelyn who was super responsive to an appliance issue. She was lovely and on top of it.
The Chatham area is beautiful and the home is is a great spot - close to everything. The fenced in yard was a plus for the pup who joined us - would be fantastic for little kids too.
We found the home well stocked - which as a rental was a plus. All in all it was a great week at the Cape.

Great Stay!
The house was great and the listing was accurate. The only small issue we had was the grass cutters showed up at 7am on Saturday morning and woke us all up. David and Evelyn were quick to respond to my emails, but confused the dates twice, which made me a little concerned. Other than that, no complaints and would recommend the house.

Our stay on Sabine Lane was relaxing,fun, and memorable. The House suited our needs. It was close to the center of town which worked for us. First Night was a great experience despite the rain.Would loveTo revisit the house especially in the summer.

Our son just got married on the Cape. We rented this property for us and some family members. It was perfect! Very clean. Very nicely appointed. Fantastic yard. David and Evelyn were so easy to work with. Very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely rent this property again when we return to the Cape!
