The house was quite spacious for a large family, the view is very nice to enjoy a sunshine as well as for a beautiful sunrise. The only thing was that it was not completely clean and did not have enough cooking utensils but inside everything we had a great time.

The hot tub and pool are tiny, hot tub was not hot. The house water smelled for at least a day (like rotten eggs). The furniture was dated and also had a smell. The pool table had no usable cues or a light. Would not stay there again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

The check in was fine, but the place had a strong order of the septic system. Turned out the showers are the problem, and after airing out for two days the problem improved. The spa was a big reason for booking the place, but it never warmed up in spite of the efforts of the host. About 1/3 of the wall outlets did not work. Location is a tired neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from the casinos. All in all, we were disappointed and we will try somewhere else next time we visit Laughlin.

Pool house
The house could have been cleaned prior to our check in. Also, the floors were sticky and dirty throughout the house and there was a lot of dust on the floor. The bathroom in one of the rooms didn’t flush and I emailed the property management company but no one got back to me.
The pool was ok but it looked bigger in the pictures.

We had an amazing trip. The house was very pristine and well kept. The owner was very prompt in adjusting the temperature of the house for us upon request. The house fit our family of 9 Adults comfortably. Would stay here again!

House was roomy for a family of 9, with pool table, ping pong table and pool /spa there was plenty of things to keep people entertained. At night the house has a great view of the strip lit up. House was clean and we had no issues. Will plan a return trip to this property.

We stayed in Bullhead for a wrestling tournament and loved the house. It was perfect for the size of my family and it had some fun amenities like a Pool and Ping Pong table. There is a TV in every room and the place was clean and presentable. There is also a swimming pool and a hot tub. Great place for a family to stay.

Great stay with kids
Location was minutes from where we wanted to be (river/casinos). The house was cozy and inviting. Both kids and adults enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend and would even return. Thanks for the memories!

Excellent weekend !!
We had an amazing weekend. The house was actually a little more than we expected. Nicely furnished, Master bedroom was very nice. Second bedroom with the Queen had a little half bathroom which made it nice. Pool And jacuzzi were perfect. It was really nice coming back after a kind day at the river or lake, to Bbq while the kids played in the pool. It is a very comfortable house, with views of the Casinos and the river. Our host Barbara was very helpful and returned calls right away. We will definitely be coming back.

The house has a great view of the river and the casinos! The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The pool table was fun for the family along with the big tv in the living room. Plenty of outside seating near the pool. We will definitely be back!

Unbelievable Getaway
We stayed at this property last weekend and had a great time. The house was wonderful and had everything we could ask for. The views in the morning and evening were incredible over looking Laughlin. Barbara was very accommodating and a very easy to get a hold of. If we go back we will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing home on the hill
We came with our family for Easter weekend and really enjoyed the home. The views of the mountains and casinos are lovely. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit. Enough bedrooms and the whole family and comfortable. Pool table was fun as well! Overall 5 star experience, would definitely stay again in the future!!

Heaven in the Sky
This property was the perfect getaway. I enjoyed every moment living there. The view of the city, especially at night over looking the glamorous city of Bull/head, Laughlin, the Airport, and city lights of all the Casinos. The Casinos was only 5 minutes away, and the uber ride was very cheap. The owners was very helpful throughout our stay, and the property is a vacation dream. All the amenities was great, the home was very clean and carefully decorated, and beds was super comfortable, really a little more than what we expected, but all our expectations was met. The jacuzzi was refreshing, and just chillin outside BBQing on the front porch area was relaxing. Our family enjoyed all the spaces that this property offers. I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable
Overall our stay was very pleasant especially since we didn’t have to stay in a smoke-filled casino hotel. It was comfortable and quiet. The pool area and pool table provided added activities for our group.
I would have given five stars but for a few things: the towels need to be retired; they’re a bit sad, and the chemical “air fresheners” throughout the house... As much as people think that air fresheners clean the air, they don’t, they just cover up odors while adding their own. They add harmful, dangerous chemicals to the air while there are more natural, healthful methods such as therapeutic essential oils and/or baking soda. We had to open windows and air out the house as the chemical order was overpowering. Not good.
Since there is a soft water system it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed to bring our own drinking and cooking water. I understand the need. Hard water interferes with cleaning products and leaves residue. Perhaps you could bypass the cold water only in the kitchen to satisfy both the need to cook and drink without added salt while providing soft water for the rest of the house.
I have to admit that casinos aren’t my thing so being able to satisfy six adults and enjoy family time in a relaxed environment outside the casino hotels was very enjoyable.
