Nestled in Watkins Glen, this attractive condo for £151 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located right in the heart of the Fingerlakes Wine Country - Our place in Watkins Glen NY is the perfect stepping off point for so many amazing journeys! The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Watkins Glen State Park a must see landscape! Saunter down the hill and you are right on among the many restaurants and shops in downtown. Hop in your car and drive only a few minutes to either side of Seneca Lake and go tasting at one of the areas signature wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries. This one bedroom apartment was renovated in 2016 updating all appliances and light fixtures and a new bathroom - giving this historical property an overall freshening up! This is an upstairs apartment giving it amazing views of Seneca Lake and the quaint village of Watkins Glen. A large deck is available for your use with a grill and multiple locations for seating. This apartment has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. In the living room we have a full sized futon. We also have a full sized blow up air mattress. This apartment can comfortably sleep 4 in the bed and with the living room sleeping arrangements. Amenities include all lines and towels - bathroom products such as toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner. Full stocked kitchen with pots, and dishes and silverware and so much more. Come enjoy the Finer Lakes area with us!

We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there.

It’s difficult to summarize all the wonderful amenities this property has to offer in so few words without boring you, but this was a great location and place to stay. Caitlin and her mom Pam were available, helpful, and invested in making our stay perfect. There was not one thing that we could have needed during this stay that they didn’t provide… except maybe foot massages after our days of adventures! Every kitchen, bathroom, and first aid item you could possibly imagine was provided. It was so clean and quaint. It is much bigger and cuter than the photos show, imo. There are two private decks to enjoy and see the lake from! Caitlin has brochures describing local attractions but the list of personal favorites with descriptions was really nice. I don’t think you could find a better location from which to walk throughout the town to visit many shops and restaurants and Watkins Glen State Park. This was a super, well-appointed home in a great location, owned by wonderful people.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in July 2023 in the upstairs front apartment. Caitlin's check-in instructions were clear and concise. The apartment was well appointed so we could cook breakfast each morning and also had a lot of thoughtful touches like extra toiletries and over the counter medicines. It was close enough for us to walk into town for dinner and not have to worry about parking. Two things to note for future travelers: 1) if you are a light sleeper, you will be able to hear the traffic coming in and out of Watkins Glen even over the hum of the window air conditioners; and 2) there is very little sink space in the bathroom to lay out toiletries which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our experience here and would recommend Caitlin's apartment to others.

Perfect location and everything my adult daughters and I needed to enjoy the hikes, wineries, restaurants, and water at Watkins Glen. Caitlin’s VRBO was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!!!

We came for two nights to explore the state park and Watkins Glen. The accommodations met our needs, and within waking distance to everything (lots of hills though). The apartment was clean and provided many little extras that were appreciated (coffee, condiments etc).

My husband and I stayed two nights here and absolutely loved it. It was a short stay, but because of the awesome location we got to do a lot without having to travel far. We walked into town and to Watkins Glen park. A short drive to wineries. This host keeps a cute cozy place. Definitely would stay here again.

A great property at the edge of Watkins Glen. Close to all amenities including grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Caitlin was a great host and very responsive to our inquiries. Unit was clean, very well appointed and convenient to outdoor trails, wineries, hiking and biking. Would use again!

I visited this property on a solo adventure with my little dog Ruby. The stay could not have been more accommodating, Caitlin truly thought of everything. Also, the convenience of the location to the town, lake, and state park was unmatched. I truly had a wonderfully relaxing time.

This property was as advertised. Communication with the host was easy. The view of the lake from the deck was very pretty. While a short walkable distance from the town's main street and to the state park entrance, the walk is up/down a big hill.

My wife and I went up to Watkins Glen with our 10 and 12 year old boys for a Ferrari Race Weekend. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do in town. Within walking distance of the whole town and Seneca Lake. Had everything you need provided including linens and all paper products which is a rarity! Dryer vents into apartment so recommend not running it while you’re there in the summer, as the window units cannot keep up. Great communication and instructions for everything you need! Would absolutely stay again. Thanks Caitlin!

We are getting old and the stairs were a little hard after a long day.they did have a lot of extras in the house. Flower pots on rails were beautiful.
