We lived in this location for 18 months when we were newlyweds 30 years ago. Stayed more for nostalgic reasons. Years ago we had a few things happen that made us suspect the place is haunted. I had a woman walk up next to the bed in the back bedroom and vanish when I tried to hug her(thought it was my wife)Saturday night. Scared me to death. Couldn't really sleep well after that. The place had a few broken things and the bed in the master is so squeaky it wakes one up. The price was really high. We manage 350 rentals in Phoenix so know the business well. If you dropped the price a little and replaced the bed in the master, fixed everything like the broken window in the master.. lowered the rent a bit and didn't charge really high hidden fees you would make more money.

1-It was an old house,I lived in the old houses before and I absolutely loved it but this one was unfortunately poorly maintained Just imagine you wake up at midnight because of cold and found one of the windows was broken and have hole in it and somebody tried to put transparent tape to fix it There is water absorbing pad and a wood plank only in this window and a space heater in the bedroom That tells me somebody in property Management knows these problems beforehand Anyhow property Management was communicated same night about the issues and besides their promises nobody showed up next 30 hrs and we checked out 2-There are 2 bedrooms in the property well if you considered a bedroom without door 3-Main Heating system was not working properly I set temperature on 70 it’s showing on 62 all the time,property Manager told me to turn off heating system from the main switch and turn back on after 10 minutes and he is sending his maintenance guy I did that but didn’t work and his maintenance guy never showed up 4-It has only one tiny old fashioned Bathroom 5-Dirty linen 6- Wi-Fi service was interrupted numerous times during our stay 7-Old building it has single Payne glass wooden windows and those have cracks,I have to wear a warm cap my bunker bed was right next to the window and chill wind coming through those cracks Not recommend to stay here specially if you are traveling with the Family

It was clean.

The queen size bed was very squeaky. It squeaks with one single movement so we tried to sleep on the other bed but the mattress was too firm.
