Good for an unpretentious stay at the beach. First beach line on one side, main beachside promenade on the other side. Affordable during high season (late July).
The town (Pesaro) is amazing, and worth every bit of being named Italian cultural capital 2024.
Don’t recommended for a couple or family stay unless your partner is a stoic. Room looks rather rough, beachside terrace unpretentious with beton and plastic chairs. although essentials are there. An economy experience.
That is not easy to go shopping for groceries (1 hour walking both ways)

The staff were kind and friendly. Hotel is near in the beach. Nice hotel to stay.

Hotel is situated on the beach and on a busy street. Who likes these attributes when choosing accommodation can be satisfied. Breakfast was optimal, but with any surprise, which could catch an eye. The staff was kind.
We were unhappy about parking, because it was nerve racking to find a parking place every evening in the area of 2km all around (small hotel garage was always full).
Our room was small, there was no enough space where to put luggage. The toilet did not function well.
Payment asked on the beach for deck-chairs was higher than regular on the price list first day - this shocked us.
If you have a dog, as we have, i would choose another hotel option for next time, close to the dog-beach.
