Great location and good value in a lovely city.

A few bugs in the ground floor entrance, but 0 in our unit. Normally I wouldn’t care, but the multitude of bugs scared my daughter.

everything was amazing, everything you need very close to the apartment, nice and clean, lots of towels, blankets, kitchen tools.

a little problem we received the wrong key, the house cleaner mixed the keys, but the host came very quickly and gave us the right key

very centrally located close by to all the streets and mainly the Pisa Central station, very good area absolutely cozy apartment with all the basic facilities

Everything was good just needed to have another mirror and dustbin in the upstairs room

Acoustics, you can hear every conversation and every step from the corridor.

Friendly staff issuing the keys, close to the train station, generally clean, but the bathroom needs renovation.

There were not enough cups or glasses in the apartment, no coffee maker or coffee machine, no glasses. There were 4 of us and we had to take share coffee as there weren't enough cups. Some lamps lacked light bulbs, and the bathroom shutter was broke. The owner of the apartment did not provide cards for garbage cans and expected guests to pack the garbage into small bags and throw it into small, city, roadside baskets. As it is illegal, we purchased garbage bags and packed everything for a cleaner after our stay. Cleaning was included in the price of the apartment. Upon returning home, we received a message that we were required to take out the rubbish and leave all tidy with a photo of the rubbish we left and the bottles with a comment. I believe that this behavior is not acceptable. The owner did not provide the possibility of getting rid of the rubbish from the apartment and the fault is on his side. The last thing a guest expects after vacation is a comment from the owner about how many bottles he left behind and how many bags of rubbish especially when cleaning was includedin the price.

Modern apartment, spacious, clean. Hosts allowed us to get the keys from the lock box. Hosts ask to send the number of a credit card for security, in case something gets broken. I appreciated them understanding that we don't feel comfortable sending this sensitive information by whatsapp or them storing the credit card info without having a POS/secured way.

It was late July, so the air conditioner does not really help for cooling the loft where the second bed is. This made the sleep uncomfortable. Only one toilet paper roll for 4 guest, 3 days. Insufficient. We bought extra rolls and left them for the other guests to come.

The property’s on the 3rd floor, so if you have large luggages, it’ll be extremely exhausted to take the luggages up and down.
