Sleeps up to 12 people. All new furniture, appliances, cooking and dining essentials. Enjoy TV's in each room to relax and enjoy after coming in from a day at the beach. Large screened back porch perfect for that early morning cup of coffee or a evening dinner and cards. Enjoy new outdoor furniture and picnic table. Rear of house overlooks channel with a brand new dock, perfect for fishing or just relaxing. Under the house enjoy a grill, picnic table and serving table. Easy for an evening of R&R while grilling those favorite meals. Description of each Room: Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with all new furniture, floor and decor. 32" TV with dresser and nightstands. Cable TV, WiFi and internet throughout the house. Living Area: Sectional Sofa, accent chair with a 50" TV. Nicely decorated with a beach feel. Kitchen: New Appliances. Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Microwave and all Kitchen Essentials. Front Porch: New Outdoor Furniture with Table Back Screened in Porch: New Outdoor Furniture and Picnic Table New Washer and Dryer - storage area under the house Newly built Hot and Cold outdoor shower in 2020. Linens are provided FREE for the number of guests on your reservation, that includes bed linens, towels, hand towels and wash clothes for each occupant. If you are going to have additional guests come to stay, you will need to inform the owners so that they can provide adequate linens for those guests. For guests with pets, we provide a towel for your use in keeping them clean and dry.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beach home. From start to finish flawless. The owners were very accommodating and so pleasant to work with. Would for sure stay again and recommend to friends! Thank you Darrel and Selena!!!!

Wonderful communication with the owners. We were able to check-in early which was really nice. House had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The screened in porch was heaven! Plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. My only suggestion would be the addition of a full-length mirror on one of the closet doors.

Although Hurricane Ian delayed our trip a couple of days, we had a wonderful time. Darrel and Selena were great in getting the house ready after the storm. Darrel's determination and persistence to get the washer and dryer replaced was nothing short of miraculous! The house was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Easy walk to the beach. Great place to stay.

My family and I rented this house for our yearly vacation and from the very beginning the entire process was seamless. We got a check in email the day before arrival with our key code entry and were promptly able to get in the home at 4 PM when we arrived on Saturday. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our family. The location was great being one block away from the beach and in a more quiet area in Cherry Grove. We thoroughly enjoyed this house and would highly recommend others using it for their vacation as well.

Relax and enjoy this beautiful vacation home on the inlet but just steps away from the beach in a beautiful and serene area. House is immaculate and clean. The owners are great with communicating and making sure you have everything necessary to enjoy a stress free getaway! Thanks Darrell and Selena for a wonderful family vacation.

We really enjoy staying at this beach house. Nice and clean, roomy areas in house and carport. Can fish off their dock on the waterway and is walking distance from beach.

We had a great stay. The house has a great set up with two master bedrooms and two kid rooms - it would be perfect for for two families with kids. The house is newly renovated and everything is in good working order, but nothing is too precious. The canal location is great, and it’s an easy walk to the beach.

Had a wonderful Labor day week with some friends at this house! Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very helpful when I had questions. The house is very close to the beach, about a 3-5 min walk down one street which was very convenient. We enjoyed the screened in deck nightly with homecooked meals and cute outdoor lights (and no bugs around us!). Overall, I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a relaxing getaway either with family or friends. Thanks Darrel and Selena!

This beach house had a perfect layout for our group and is easy walk to the beach! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The rental included extras such as hand soap, bathroom spray, cleaning supplies and large outside shower. We loved being on the Channel for the views and peaceful setting. We would rent this beach house again and highly recommend it!

Enjoyed the quieter area of Cherry Grove. Easy access to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We took our bicycles and had wonderful morning rides exploring the area. Especially loved looking out the back onto the water channel & fishing off the dock. A lot of time was spent on the screened in porch. Easy walk to the beach (a block and a half). Great place!

We brought out two mini schnauzers for a week at the beach. We were able to work from the rental a few days- no WiFi issues. Best way to start a work day is by walking the dogs to the point on the beach. Very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were incredible about communication and were very friendly. The house was so nice and clean. It was decorated so cute and we enjoyed it both inside and out with it being along a canal. We recommend this home and would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful. I love that linens were included with price. We had the best weather were able to grill out. My husband loved the dock to fish off of. We will for sure be going back.
