The staff is very helpful. But the room has to maintain very well and update

Air condition is two one in our toom and one in the living room

Close to the airport. The smell in the kitchen is cockroach pee. And i thought it is two bedroom but turns out two beds but one bedroom. Shower room is slippery. Mattress in the bedroom is comfortable thsnks to that. The couch has to be sofa bed to open and use as bed to accommodate the numbers of the guests which is supposed to be 5 the good thing the extra mattress on the floor is thicker we brought it out cause we are two couples. Washroom is supposed to be outside the room yo be shared not in the room.

Not enough amenities, scammed, and uncomfortable stay.

The location was close to the airport

I didn’t like the host and how she charged me extra for my mom staying with us. I felt like I got scammed when she asked for extra money. The host had security come talk to me to call the host and when I called her she wanted more money for my mom to stay. I thought I booked it for 3 people. When I explained how sorry I was and made a mistake she still wanted to ask for more money instead of understanding the situation. I don’t think it’s fair to be charged extra if there isn’t enough blankets or towels. Some things in the apartment weren’t accessible to use. The whole apartment felt really uncomfortable. I won’t be staying here again.

Excellent stay for a night layover in Manilla.

Exceptionally clean, all prepared for your stay. The place is located in a nice, gated community, with extremely friendly security guards.

It is well located close to airport. Comfortable for 2 people. The bed on the floor was not comfortable.

Excellent host! Excellent place to stay and will definitely rebook here again on my next visit to the Philippines.

Walking distance to the domestic airport and close to shops and resorts world. The place was clean and as described in the ad! The host was excellent and replies right away to any concerns you may have even extending our checkout at short notice due to us having a late flight back to Sydney. Book this place and you will not be disappointed.

I like the location and the safety in the building.

I don't like that the shower faucet is broken, my son got a cut just to turn on the shower, they don't provide soap and shampoo in the shower, we booked for 7 person and we only got 2 towels, I saw some towels in the washing machine but its not clean. And the most that I don't like is the struggle of checking in, as we stayed longer in the entrance of the resort as security don't have a hard copy that were going to check in on that day.

Stop looking this is the place for you.

Love this place! I’m solo travel with a child so security is a must, he enjoyed the fast wifi and Netflix and I fell save waking around the shopping area and restaurants. The housekeeping hurry to get the place ready for us since my flight arrived early so I can’t thanks enough to this wonderful girl.

Food deliveries cannot enter the property premise. You should go outside the entrance gate for pick up of deliveries.

What you see in the picture is the actual unit. The building is safe and secure. Best for family with small kids like us and accessible to NAIA T3 via ramp. The owner answers all queries and accomodates our request. It’s a home away from home. We Will definitely come back next time.

when u will order a food or something u need to go at the main gate to pick up ur order, the security not allowing the driver to enter on your cluster.

I love the total ambience of the place. Safe, clean and serene The Guards and staff are respectful and approachable. The unit is clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The beddings smell fresh and the AC works wonderfully

We are thankful that we got to stay at Legarse Staycation for it was worry free and an easy access to the airport and different establishments. It felt like we were staying at our own home since everything was available and provided. Would definitely book again in the future!

Safe haven with a pool to relax and strategically located near NAIA 3

The location is strategically located near NAIA 3. You will not be able to find Legarse Staycation in Google Maps so you need to ask the owner the name of the place which is Montecito Residential Resort. The owner, Ms. Joan Legarse, hence the name of the unit, will answer your questions to the best of her ability. You will not be able to meet her but she has a housekeeper that will meet you to give you the access key and unit keys. The access key is very important because without it you will not be able to go outside the Cluster 3 building. The area is very secure, guards would not just let you in unless you have the access key and you are on the list given to them by the owner. The 5-feet deep swimming pool is relaxing after experiencing traffic every day and also will bring happiness to your kids, if you have one, aside from the play area for kids as well. The unit is fully equipped, and although cooking is not allowed, still you can use the available utensils, refrigerator, kettle, and microwave oven. There is also a washing machine and broom and dustpan to maintain cleanliness. We did not use the washing machine though but we still use the broom and dustpan because we stayed for three nights last February 24-27, 2023. There is a big LED TV for kids to enjoy watching their favorite movies and WiFI is also available which is already a must for travelers. The bedroom is good enough for 4 to 6 people. You can always pay extra for an extra mattress if you are more than 6 pax already just like we did. There is also a sofa and a dining table. Plus, a view of the pool and some parts of the city especially when you are already going to sleep in the bedroom. We were just there for a place to sleep, shower, and eat because you can even buy via food delivery or go out and eat outside just like in Gerry's Grill or in Newport Mall.

Nothing major to dislike. No drinking water except for the standard two bottled water upon arrival. I mean, if there is a water dispenser it will be plus points, especially for those who will stay longer than two nights but during our first day of stay, we were fortunate that we saw a 5-liter bottle of water under the sink which the previous visitors left. And, Ms. Joan Legarse was kind to allow us to use it too. :)

a very comfortable place to stay next to NAIA

the location is perfect, close to the airport and many shops and restaurants close by. the place is nice and safe especially if you travel with kids; the owner very accommodating. living room comfortable and the apartment overall is clean

we had trouble finding the apartment because the indication on booking weren’t precise. the kitchen has no stove but sometimes it would be good to cook a little breakfast plus the cutlery needs to be upgraded. the bathroom gets flooded when shower and we would change the mirror because signs of rust and the mattresses very hard.

A good place to stay for family. Highly recommended.

The location. Very close to Terminal 3 NAIA by taking the Manila Runway Footbridge. Quiet place and very nice environment. There's Netflix and the internet is awesome. Joan is very friendly and accommodating. The check in and check out was super easy. Nothing to complain about.
