Situated in Cape May, this attractive condo for £272 per night is a great option for your next trip. Unit 7 is a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a Victorian house right in the center of town. First bedroom with Queen size bed, second bedroom with a full size bed. Living room also has full size Sofa bed sleeps 2. Newly renovated and well equipped kitchen with new appliances. A lovely balcony in back porch with view of Victorian rooftop, perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Cable TV, WiFi. One parking spot at the Bank Street lot. Coin operated washer and dryer on premises. Bring your own linens and towels. (You can also rent linens from our cleaning services “bytheshorecleaningservices.com” in advance) You are responsible for tidying up before you check out. Bookings for summer rental are 7days minimum, Saturday 4pm check in to Saturday 11am check out. Off season bookings are two night minimum. The cleaning fee of $100. Cape May New Jersey is known for its beautiful beaches and the many grand Victorian Houses. It’s the oldest seaside resort in America. Shops and restaurants lined the Washington Street Mall on 3 pedestrianized blocks. Near by Cape May Point State Park offers great view of the Cape May lighthouse and nature trails, with ranger guided activities. Cape May, unlike other Jersey Shore town, is a all year round city with many festivals and event throughout the year, such as Cape May Jazz Festival, Cape May Music Festival, Film Festival and Christmas Festival. Cape May is also a world famous bird migration observation spot, especially in the fall.

This was a cozy apartment that was within walking distance to the beach and the Washington Street Shopping District which was just what we were looking for in a rental. The hosts were very responsive to every question we had. Would stay again.

Weather was great. Walked to most places. Food was good. Visited us coast guard refuge and Cape May State Park. Even go to sit on the beach because the weather was so marvelous. Good trip

The property is so close to everything! We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go! Stayed in Apt 7 on the third floor. We joked that our longest walk to anything was from our front door to our apt! Don't pack your bags too heavy if you're on the third floor! Apt was equipped with everything and beds were comfy!

Our family loved our stay — The location is perfect! We had a very short walk to the beach and just a few steps from the Washington St. shops and restaurants. We especially loved the cozy back porch. It made for a peaceful morning relaxation spot. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners were always prompt to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We really loved staying in this cute two bedroom apartment. It is located just a block from the pedestrian mall and one from the beach. The kitchen is stocked with any cooking equipment you might need. There's a separate living room with the TV and two couches. There isn't a tub and the three flights of stairs get to be a lot after a while. Those are the only negatives of a great place!

Great property, great room, perfect location! The only issue we had was when the heat came on there was an annoying tapping sound (more like flapping sound) that was within the duct work. Almost sounded like a piece of paper flapping or a fan blade hitting something. Wasn't very loud but was constant. Other than that minor issue we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our time in Cape May! Thank you!

We’re so glad we found this condo on the VRBO website. It more than lived up to the expectations we had after reading about it and viewing the pictures. It’s location is right where you want to be in Cape May; near the Mall and not far from the beach! Fen and Michael have their place set up comfortably for a couple or a family. Yes, it’s on the 3rd floor but worth the steps and quieter too. The place is very well equipped. We also appreciated that there was everything we needed for the beach. The internet works great too. We enjoyed our private porch overlooking the rooftops. We highly recommend this unit. Fen and Michael were wonderful to work with. They’re great communicators. They really want you to have a positive experience. We will remember our stay with fondness and would definitely rent this unit again.

I cannot believe our luck finding this place. A truly beautiful tree-lined street of historic Victorian homes, literally a 2-10 minute walk to the best of everything in Cape May: restaurants, shopping, beach, mini golf, arcade - you name it. We honestly felt a little unabashedly smug walking out via the front steps to join the weary pedestrians on the sidewalk who were lugging their carts to and from the beach, or struggling to find parking for Washington Mall. The apartment was just the right amount of space for our family of four (separate bedrooms have become an unfortunate necessity as my kids get older, making hotels quite cost-prohibitive, and the benefit of having a full kitchen can't be overstated), and I felt very safe with young kids, despite the high season crowds. My kids begged to come back next summer and stay for at least a month. The owners were extremely organized and responded immediately to any questions we had. Instructions for property use were very clear. We were absolutely delighted with our visit and can't wait to return.

The location of this place cannot be beat. It is in the best spot in town. The apt has a private small balcony (which was not advertised enough I think), it’s a great spot for dinner or just lunch after the beach, it even has a child gate so it is safe for little ones. The apt is very specious and has lovely views and great daytime light. The AC in the unit is also great! Essentials are very well stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, cleaning supplies). The living room has lots of places to lounge and relax. I would only recommend that the carpets are removed or updated because they are a tripping hazard. Also, and I know this is hard with so many people staying in this place, the apt can use a better, deeper cleaning service.

The property was as described. The apartment was incredibly stocked with everything a guest would need, from toilet paper to toothpaste. The owners thought well of the guests providing everything one needed when away from home. There was even a blender which I needed since I left mine at home. The house is in a great location, central to restaurants, the mall, and the beach.

We wanted a couple days getaway to Cape May for the end of our sons’ spring break week. This cozy spot turned out to be perfect! It’s location is ideal, with great restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach, all easily walkable. You immediately feel welcomed as you enter the apartment. Michael and Fen have it stocked. I had expected to have to go to the grocery store after unpacking because I had forgotten a trash bag and toilet paper (not usually provided in rentals at the Outer Banks) but all the extras were there for guests to use. The only thing I would caution is if one is planning to bring an elderly family member, as there were quite a few stairs with it being on the third floor. The back balcony provided a nice place to sit and have a drink while the kids napped. We look forward to our next stay!

This was a great place to stay. Terrific location near beach and shops (even though many of these were closed because it was off-season); and the apartment is funky and very well equipped. A perfect place for a getaway.
