There is no activity for older kids like billiard,Ping J Pong and one of mine kids did not like salt water swimmig pool

Lokalita je top. Areál prekrásny, stale veľmi cisty. Voľne lehatka pri bazenoch boli počas celého dňa. Nádherná jedáleň, raňajkovať sa dá aj vonku pod palmami, záhrada plná kvetov. Ocenili sme že v areáli bolo večer už ticho, ani v noci nás nič nevyrušovalo.

Vybavenie kúpeľne nebolo dostačujúce. Nebol tam ziadny sprchovy gél, sampon a pod. Pýtali sme si na recepcii, ale nebolo nám nič dodané.

Fijn appartement op een goede locatie. Goed ontbijt.

De bijbehorende restaurants serveren heel matig tot slechte diners.

El Desayuno es un bastante amplio en variedad y cantidad y estaba todo muy rico.

Good location.

We where a big family group, age from 1y to 84y and when we order we asked to be on ground floor because we had two disable people with us and very young kids. We got rooms with many stairs and it was not possible for the two dissabled people to walk up the stairs, room 1058 was given for my dissable grandparent. So I had to go look for many different rooms with the staff and noting worked cuz it was not in ground floor like we asked for. So my grandparents stayed the hole trip on the sofa at my parents apartment (room 2062). They finally got ground floor appertment after 4 days of staying with my parents and that apartment was filled with bugs. I have video of the bugs every where. This is not good hotel for dissable people. We won’t book this hotel again.

Onze ervaring met het hotel is wisselend. Positief: Hele centrale locatie. We hebben een superior 1 slaapkamer appartement aan de tuinzijde met mooi uitzicht op de tuin. De geluiden van de straat zijn erg op de achtergrond. Het appartement is schoon. Schoonmaak super. We mistten wel een bezem om zelf even zand weg te vegen tussendoor. Keuken prima ingericht met koelkast en grote vriezer. Fijne douche. Grote zwembaden. Zeer centrale locatie. Prachtige tuin met de meest mooie bloemen en planten. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Appartement: aardig verduisterend, behalve het raampje in de keuken.

Wat valt tegen? De communicatie en uitleg: Ik heb twee dagen voor ons verblijf meerdere berichten gestuurd via booking.com (waarmee we boekten) of de bedbank kan worden klaargezet en er een babybed kan worden geplaatst, vanwege het late tijdstip dat onze vlucht landde. Ik kreeg geen reactie. Ik belde en de medewerker aan de receptie zei: er is niet gereageerd maar we hebben wel alles geregeld. Dat was niet het geval, bed stond niet klaar en er was geen baby bed. Er zou nog een kinderstoel worden gebracht, maar die is nooit gekomen. Ik kan erom vragen, maar wat me tegenvalt is dat dit nodig is. Je kunt je auto voor tien euro per dag parkeren in de ondergrondse parking meteen de eerste afslag links als je voor het hotel staat (hotel aan je rechterkant). Let op dat je meteen je parkeerticket bij de receptie afgeeft want dan regelen ze de parking verder. Dat was ons aan het begin niet duidelijk. Bij aankomst is er een busstop voor de receptie om de auto te zetten om koffers uit te laden. De receptie geeft je een plattegrond met uitleg hoe te lopen naar de kamer. De ingangen aan de hoofdstraat zijn echter verscholen achter restaurants. Het is geen echte weg, maar een poort achter restaurants. De kamer: Er staat 1 slaapkamer appartement, maar het is net een studio, want de slaapkamer bevindt zich op een vide / mezzanine. Met kinderen is het heel gehorig. De badkamerdeur kraakt, de voordeur kan je alleen hard dichttrekken, bedden kraken, lakens ritselen, het is dezelfde ruimte dus het licht dat je aandoet in de zogenaamde slaapkamer, is ook te zien in de woonkamer (waar onze kinderen slapen). Dus subtiel nog iets doen terwijl de kinderen slapen, is bijna onmogelijk. De bedden zijn erg hard. In ons appartement voor 4 personen hadden we ook maar 3 buitenstoelen. Dat soort kleine dingen vallen tegen, en had ik beter verwacht gezien de prijs die we betalen. Het zwembad voor kinderen is leuk. Voor onze dochter van 6 gaan alle glijbanen te snel.

The location is excellent - right in the middle of everything but still so quiet in the complex itself. Restuarant brilliant - we ate there a couple of times and could not fault the food or service.

I have only a few small complaints about our room - there was no long hanging space in the wardrobes for my dresses and trousers - I had to drape them over the settee. Also a mirror above the table would be good to have instead of just the one large mirror. It would also be better if the hairdryer was in the main room instead of the bathroom. Apart from those small things our room was great, staff fantastic and it's the second time we have been there and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you!

Esta en primera línea de playa de la playa de el camisón, de arena fina. El complejo es muy grande con una piscina central enorme. Tiene otra de niños pequeños con varios toboganes u cascadas que está climatizada y muy divertida para los niños. Varios jacuzzies. Está situado en una avenida principal llena de bares, tiendas y restaurantes, todos muy turísticos. Parques infantiles y paseo marítimo. El estudio en el que nos alojamos tenia saloncito y cocina completa, con todo para cocinar si querías. Nevera. Todo súper limpio. Nos tocó vistas al mar.

La piscina central es de agua más salada que la del mar, un poco incómoda. El horario de la piscina de toboganes cerraba a las 17;45, muy temprano teniendo en cuenta que la grande cerraba a las 19. Y dentro del área de la piscina infantil había columpios para los niños que al quedar cerrada la piscina no se podían usar. El wifi muy malo, no llegaba a ningún lado. Solo nos limpiaron la habitación un día y siendo tres en la reserva solo nos dejaron dos toallas. No dan amenities para la ducha, siendo algo interesante cuando viajas en avión.

Group of Over 60 ladies - we love that we can sit outside and have a couple of drinks together before heading out. Also location of Villa 0027 is perfect!

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel dans son ensemble. Les jardins sont superbes, les 3 piscines offrent la possibilité de ne pas se lasser. Le parc a toboggans pour les enfants est très agréable. L’appartement que nous avons eu avait une vue sur les jardins et les piscines. Il était spacieux, confortable et l’absence de Clim ne nous a pas dutout gêné car l’air frais de la nuit permettait une très bonne température. Nous avons adoré le choix du petit déjeuner ainsi que l’offre de restauration présente sur l’hôtel. Le personne était très serviable partout. Nous avons fait le Check out avec le cœur serré car nous serions restés bien plus longtemps si nous avions pu.

Cleaning staff were the only present nice staff and close to front and town Centre

Noise we were put next to block where maintenance and loud drilling and banging every morning with workers shouting and we were told that this is a quiet complex and noise would Be kept to a minimum this was not the case all we could hear for 11 days early mornings apart from the last 2 days of holiday and staff so rude round pool. reception not so helpful either , far too many rules and regulations I felt like they were doing us a favor letting us go ! Been to more wonderful hotels and complex for less for more.

We had very good time at this apartment hotel. We stay a lot of the time by the pool and in it. The apartment was great and fit to our need. The facilities are in good condition.

There was renovations close to our apartment we were not warned about it and we did not not get any discount on the prize for the apartment. Loud noise of jackhammer tarring floor tails and walls and sanding machines al days except Sunday. But my noise cancelation headphone did good job covering the noise.

Staðsetningin er frábær. Íbúðirnar sem við fengum voru vel útbúnar og fór afar vel um okkur. Sundlaugagarðurinn vistlegur og góður og aldrei neitt vesen að fá sólbekki, hvort sem var snemma morguns eða seinnipart. Rennibrautagarðurinn akkúrat passlegur fyrir litla kútinn sem var með okkur í för og hann skemmti sér stórkostlega. Fullorðinssvæðið í garðinum er hljóðlátt og notalegt að geta farið þangað af og til. Starfsfólkið var allt dásamlegt, hvort sem það var í móttökunni, morgunverðarsalnum eða hreingerningum.

Rúmin eru ekki þau bestu sem við höfum sofið í, en það var auðsótt mál að fá yfirdýnur sem bjargaði miklu. Þar sem ekki er loftkæling í íbúðunum þurfti að treysta á vifturnar, en þær voru vissulega betri en ekkert. Barnalaugin opnaði fullseint að okkar mati (kl. 11:00 á morgnana). Við hefðum viljað geta verið fyrr á ferðinni í lauginni með krakkann, áður en sólin væri komin í hæstu stöðu. Líkamsræktaraðstaðan er óloftkæld sem var ekki alveg optimal.

Lovely rooms very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent!! Staff very friendly! My only criticism is that the pools other than the kids one and the adult only were Salt water- which is a shame as my kids skin reacted to it. The environment itself was blissful- no issues for sunbeds!! Really central

Some issues with wobbly tables but that’s a really small issue.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű,hatalmas szépen gondozott parkkal, medencékkel rendelkezik külön fűtött gyerek medencével. Kiváló minőségű, választékos reggelivel. A két szintes apartman tiszta, volt minden nap takarítottak és a személyzet is nagyon kedves. A part csupán 2 percre van.

Sajnos a szállás félpanzióval nem igényelhető. Az apartman 3 ágyas volt de a földszinti kihúzható kanapé inkább pótágynak nevezhető, puha matraccal nem volt túl kényelmes. Az erkélyajtó rezgett ha nagy szél volt kint. Aki korábban szeretne aludni annak zavaró, hogy behallatszott a szomszédos bulihely de 23.00-kor vége lett minden nap.

Sehr sauber sowohl im Zimmer als auch in der Anlage. Viele Restaurants und Cafés. Shopping center sehr praktisch. Perfekte Lage an der golden Mile, Supermärkte sehr nahe.

Deckelung bei Safegebühren. Bei 7 Wochen Aufenthalt viel zu hoch. Lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption. Bau- Müllcontainer vor dem Balkon. Liegenreservierer ab 8 Uhr.

Apartment was recently renovated, it was modern , comfortable and very well equipped. The location of Parque santiago 3 just could not be better. Seafront with lots of bars and shops. Designer shops were cheaper than uk which was a bonus

I would ask for a garden view. City view is great during the day but the thumping music from bars goes on till late at night. Not good ☹️

Perfecte ligging tov het strand, restaurants en winkels. Heel verzorgde en mooi aangelegde locatie. We hadden 1 kamer appartement met balkon en dakterras. De appartementen waren schoon (dagelijkse schoonmaak) en modern. Zwembaden zijn mooi, wel koud in Februari. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed en ons verblijf hier was echt uitstekend. De bedden in de slaapkamer lagen heerlijk (niet te hard).

Lange wachtrijen bij de receptie, als je een snelle vraag hebt is dat erg vervelend. Wij konden niet meteen om 15uur ons appartement in, dat is na een lange reis ook onprettig. De regels bij het zwembad zijn té streng voor kinderen, dat haalt van het speelplezier weg en is ook wat overdreven. De slaapbank in ons appartement lag niet lekker en doorgezakt. Wij hadden altijd plek aan het zwembad, kan mij voorstellen dat het handdoekjes leggen in het hoogseizoen heel vervelend kan zijn.
