New building, fully equipped.

Despite the fact that the apartment is new, it seems no one care about the house and no one make minor repairs. They just do basic cleaning. Rooms were perfect clean, floors and also bathroom, but almost all cutleries were dirty and we had to clean them before usage. We were also surprised by the mess that was in the hallway (damage wardrobe, some boxes, abandoned shoes, used cans in box in the terrace). Also demoted fire alarm, which half part of it we found in another room. Wifi was super slow, unusable.
