Great place to stay!

We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times, always in different places to accommodate various numbers of travelers. Our stay here was great. The house was as described, easy to get to, and met our needs.

We had a great stay. Condo was clean, although you could tell there are a lot of people in and out as baseboards and high traffic areas are a bit worn out. The headboard of one twin bed was not well attached and is super noisy when you move on the bed. Everything was comfortable however, and we would stay here again. The pool and water park are really great. Super close to Disney!

The place is spacious enough. Condo property, pool and common amenities are great. They supply nothing for you but towels and a blow dryer....no hand soap, no shampoo, no coffee, so be prepared to visit Walmart just down the road. Apartment furnishings and paint colors are dated. Things like baseboards could use some fresh paint, so not a 10 on decor, but we were hardly there, so didn't mind. Sheets on king size bed did not stay on bed, but mattress was comfortable. Pool are was clean, but outdoor seating area is small. Complex was quiet.

Great location to Disney parks and seaworld. We haven’t been to Florida in 3 years and we had previously stayed at hotels. This was great with a 16 and 11 year old to all have our own space. The pool in back was nice to sit in after a day at the parks! Overall a ton of space and great location. Good communications with property owner and check in process!

Family trip for granddaughter dance competition and general getaway. Enjoyed pool access and ease of getting around the area for attractions.

Very spacious and the spash pool was nice. The extremely large neighborhood pool with waterslides, walking distance within the park, huge plus for my 13yr olds! This townhouse is close to everything. The owners quick to answer any issues/ questions as well. We will definitely be back. 😉

As the title says, I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Patty and Gerry's house in Windsor Hills. It's an amazing location, the house was perfectly clean and had absolutely everything we could want. Patty cheerfully and promptly answered my many many questions in advance of our holiday. The value for money is exceptional. It's not high end luxury but it's clean, comfortable everything you need. The community itself is fabulous, great pool. I'll be telling everyone I know to consider this property and if we're back in Florida will book again myself

The property was very clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved having the pool in the balcony. Location was perfect to get to the parks. Patty was very helpful in providing us with the information needed to get checked in. Would definitely recommend.

Great rental - we loved the ensuite bathrooms and the splash pool! So close to all the Disney parks - I don't think it ever took more than 15 minutes to get to any park (with traffic)! Plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. Very clean!

Property is a townhouse located in a quiet gated community. Great place for children with water slides, splash pad, pool and playground within walking distance. Walmart is located nearby for gas and groceries. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. About a 10 minute drive to Disney TTC. The townhouse was great. Owner has a pack n play in the closet downstairs (also strollers, baby gate, sand toys). House was clean and had a secure child safe lock on the sliding glass door entry to the pool. House is essentially 3 master bedrooms, 1 on first floor and 2 on the second floor. Laundry is upstairs. Private pool is small but plenty big enough for my 2 small children to have fun in. Weather was warm for the time of year, high of mid 80s and low of mid 60s overnight. I paid for pool to be heated, it was slightly cool upon entry but adjusted easily once in and the kids got in without issue. Dispute being a townhouse with neighbors on both sides, the only time I heard anyone was while we were at the screened back patio/pool area (I hope the neighbors felt the same way). I will certainly consider saying here again next time we travel to Orlando. Great location, great amenities and a great price. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Everything was wonderful. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. My nephew enjoyed the community water park and the private splash pool. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the location, it was close to most areas we were interested in, but the house was very dirty. The floors were not clean, the tubs were slimy, and dishes in the cupboards needed to be washed before use. The hair dryer did not work, plugins in the bathrooms did not work and there were little bugs crawling all over the bedroom furniture. Nice house and nice location but not recommended.

Close to parks, Walmart and Dunkin Donuts. Townhouse was clean and quiet.

Windsor Hills is great for families. This unit has a private garden pool, and a community pool and water park a block away. Gated and guarded 24 hours a day. The unit was clean, with every amenity you need to feel like home.

Location of property was great. We had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was conveniently located and the only big issue we had was no AC one random night. We got in too late that night to be able to do anything about it so we were stuck with using the ceiling fans. I called in the issue the next morning and had to leave a message but never received any call back. Fortunately the AC did work that evening and the rest of our stay. My only gripes with the place are little annoyances. Every dish and cup we pulled from the cupboard was very obviously unwashed. Also the master upstairs had horrible lighting. I took the lampshades off because I could barely even read in bed, let alone see enough to unpack or pack. Also the towel supply was incredibly skimpy. My bathroom had one hand towel and two bath towels. Thank goodness i was by myself as there were no bath mats or extra towels. The second bath towel I had to use as a bath mat. This is also the first condo I've stayed at that didn't have beach towels for guests to use. Considering there was a private pool at the condo and a clubhouse with a pool and waterpark, this seems like a pretty easy thing to supply for your guests. We were advised in the pre-check-in info to bring our own washcloths and beach towels, which I did, but who wants to pack a bulky beach towel? Last but not least, the downstairs TV does not work properly. It constantly lost signal and even following the special instructions did not help. This is obviously a known issue and it should be fixed correctly once and for all by a technician. The downstairs master and upstairs kids room tvs worked with no problem. I didn't turn on the TV in the upstairs master. Like I said, a lot of little annoyances. We did enjoy our stay and the clubhouse was nice. Proximity to parks and Walmart were what appealed to us most.

Great place, easy to find, nice location. Small pool was freezing cold, but large so called heated pool was also freezing cold. Garbage disposal stunk to high heaven. Needed a sponge or dish rag to wash dishes, had to use a wash rag but it was a nice place to stay.

We loved our condo at Windsor Hills! There was so much room & space! The kids loved the splash pool & I loved we were so close to the clubhouse pool so we could just walk! We were stuck in Florida with Hurricane Ian & I was worried but patty helped calm my fears & let us add on an extra night due to our flight getting canceled! We loved they had strollers, high chair & beach chairs there for us to use as well! The drive to Disney was so quick & easy only took 15 minutes! I highly recommend staying here & we can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed the condo! It was clean and had everything we needed. Having our own pool was great after a long day at Disney. We also enjoyed the community pool. The splash pad and slides kept the kids, and adults, entertained. The pool was nice as well. It’s also in a great location. Very close to restaurants, Walmart and gift shops. Even better, the drive to any of the Disney parks was easy and less than 15 minutes. Overall, a great place to stay! Looking forward to our next magical vacation!

This worked out really well for a group of adults travelling together - we each had our own bedroom and own bathroom. We spent the vast majority of our time in the Disneyworld parks, and I don't think we drove longer than 15 mins to any of them. Very convenient and great to have a parking space for a rental car right in front of the townhouse. Nothing fancy at all, and easily forgettable in terms of decor and the like, but it worked for us. We were so busy in the parks throughout our week's stay that we didn't even have a chance to try out any of the resort's amenities like the pool or clubhouse - though it was a very short walk away - and we didn't even get into the private splash pool even. I'm sure it would be good for a group spending more time at the rental vs. the parks. WiFi worked. The communication with the owner was great and we knew exactly what to expect for check-in and at the security gates, and once we received our parking pass on the first day it was easy come-and-go. The biggest Walmart ever is literally just down the street. All in all, a convenient, affordable, comfortable stay for our group.

Communication with the owners was great, and they were very flexible when Covid travel related problems struck! House is in a perfect location and had everything you need. Nice little private pool and great communal facilities.

Very good location and the amenities are great for young kids. Our kids loved the pool area and splash pad. The pool was clean and although small it gets deep quick. The rental was very clean and as described. The check-in process at the gate was a bit obnoxious however once you check-in they give you a ticket that you have to show. Very close to Disney and Universal, overall a very enjoyable experience.

Great property for our party of 6 adults and two children. Pool area and outdoor kitchen were great . Pool gets the sun all day in May so we were able to use it whenever we were home.
