Wir waren nur für eine Woche dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

- Schlüssel/-Codeübergabe problemlos - sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation. Gastgeber hat auch mal nachgefragt ob alles ok ist und ob wir was brauchen. - Die Lage und die Sicht auf den Hafen ist Top. Der Name ist Programm ... Sonnenaufgang inlusive. - Wir waren kaum anwesend im Zimmer aber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei Ankunft war auch eine Flasche Wasser für uns im Kühlschrank. - Man mag es oder nicht aber es war toll das wir Bar's, Eisdielen und Restaurant's doch in der Nähe hatten. Heißt aber auch das es Abends lebhaft zu geht. Dazu muss man aber sagen ... ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit war dann auch schnell auffallend Ruhe (gut für den Schlaf) . Also deswegen nicht so schlimm. Im Großen und ganzen für die eine Woche die wir dort gewesen sind hat alles gepasst und es hat uns dort gefallen. Sicher waren wir ständig Unterwegs aber ich kann das trotzdem empfehlen. Doch recht Zentral und man kann von dort aus in allen Richtungen gehen und fahren. Busverbindungen sind in Malta sowieso überragend. Howard war ein zuvorkommender und höflicher Gastgeber den wir zwar nicht gebraucht haben aber er Interessiert war ob es uns gut geht in der Bleibe. Für Fotofans ... ein paar Meter weiter um die Ecke und ihr erlebt tolle Sonnenaufgänge. Oder ihr warten vom Balkon aus bis die Sonne etwas höher steht. Spaziert die Küste entlang und ihr trifft auf ein wunderschönes Meer.

- Es ist Geschmackssache aber die Matraze war dann doch etwas hart. - Das Bad und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber aber die Dusche hatte den einen oder anderen Schimmelfleck.

Penthouse in perfekter Lage

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Promenadenbucht. Man wird vom Sonnenaufgang geweckt.

Undichtes Terrassendach. Glasschiebetürelemente nur mit grossem Kraftaufwand zu öffnen und zu schliessen. Terrasse könnte Anstrich vertragen

Cozy apartment with gorgeous view

Amazing location, simply gorgeous! Loved the view. The apartment is small but very well equipped and comfortable.

The bathroom had a lot of mold :( I know it’s super humid in winter, but there might be some ways to reduce the mold.

Tolle Aussicht dank Balkon

-Tolle Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer -Gut ausgestattete Kuche -Balkon -Sauberes Apartment Nach dem Festellen eines Defekts am Duschkopf war der Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns angeboten diesen noch am selben Tag zu beheben.

-Erheblicher Befall von Schimmel im Badezimmer -Wintergartenscheibe sehr verschmutzt und nur schwer zu öffnen

Exceptional

Very good location. Apartment was clean and well equipment. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. Perfect view to harbour especially during the sunrise. There is self check-in so you can come to the accommodation whenever. I always found park spot near the apartment.

Stairs are a bit narrow so handling with big luggage could be a bit difficult. Bit noisy during evenings from the bar below but it was expected because of location. But these are small things.

Great view, great location

Very well maintained ! The place was spotlessly clean and the self check in was seamless and smart. The kitchen had everything it needed to cook and make coffee. The communication with the owner was very quick and efficient. The view of the balcony is very calming there is a super market on the opposite bay to get basic things you may need. This property is super close to the bus stop, you can get direct buses to Valletta and also the airport from there.

The balcony area was very dusty and the glasses were not cleaned.

I want to go back there

Great location for several reasons: great view of the bay, close to bus stops, restaurants and shops. Very helpful owner Howard. The place has everything you need for a pleasant stay in a beautiful place. There is a great sea view from every floor. We were on the 2nd floor.

Marsaskala is a much smaller and quieter town than Valetta, but be aware that the apartments are located on a street where buses also run. From 1 am it is very quiet until 7 am. After walking all day, the gentle noise did not disturb anything.

Disappointing

comfortable white apartment. There is a stove, a refrigerator, a good shower. For the request to wash the windows, it was done the very next day

Terrible curtains, not washed windows. Also, the owner throws out forgotten things, even if this is a mistake, then this is not permissible.

excellent property… more than value for money.

everything… communication with Howard is a breeze. I particularly like the property facing the water front and being able to take morning walks along the side walks without having to drive. I also enjoyed sitting at the balcony at the end of day to unwind and watch the sun sets.

it’s difficult to point any faults or shortcomings about this apartment. I had a rental car, so location or public transportation is not an issue at all. parking is also plenty around the property (I travelled during off session in late Jan)

Superb

The view onto the harbour from the pergola/veranda was fantastic. The studio is fairly compact and the veranda adds a lot of space to it. It has everything you need and I even managed to do a bit of cooking. Instructions about the flat are plentiful and communication was very easy and responsive. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

The stairs are quite narrow and not easy to manage with a large suitcase.

Great stay at Sunrise Creek!

Howard was great. We even had a maintenance issue and he got it fixed right away for us. Location is just perfect. Very good value for money.

We were on the first floor and it did get a bit too loud when the bar downstairs turned the music up at weekends.

Exactly as pictured, amazing view and spot to see the sunrise. Try Tiny Mint Bistro just downstairs for an amazinh meal

Beautiful view to the bay. Nice flat with all equpiment. Howard -the owner was very helpfull. Everything was perfect. Holidays were amazing. High recommended!!!

Nice stay overall! Very friendly owner.

The apartment is in a nice location with a wonderful sea view. The design is nice! There is everything in the kitchen (apart from a microwave).

We stayed on the first floor and it was a bit noisy.
