The home was perfect for our family. The property was beautiful and the proximity to the bay beach was such a great perk. Pam and Peter are lovely to work with!

This place is great. Has everything you need for kids and adults. A lovely house inside and outside. Pam was great to deal with.

There were so many wonderful things about this rental. The house has the nicest amenities and great flow and the pool is spectacular w stunning views from the surrounding deck. Pam and Peter are incredibly attentive and responsive if you need something. We were new to renting in Long Island/sag harbor and did not realize what a busy road we would be on. The house sits up from the road which makes it much better but there is still traffic noise and we weren’t comfortable biking w our kids which was a bummer bc we shlepped our bikes w us. That said- there are adult bikes available for use which looked nice and for older riders biking to the beach or even to town could be great. Nice bay beach is super close and the beautiful ocean beach is a short drive. Kids loved the swing in the backyard when they wanted a break from the pool. The kitchen and outdoor kitchen were wonderful for our family that loves to cook.

The house was perfect. The location to Sag was great. The pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and fire pit were all great. Pam made the house feel like we were staying at a b&b. Everything we needed was available including coffee and everything you need to make s’mores. They were the perfect hosts.

The property was lovely and VERY well appointed for a relaxing and fun filled week in Sag. The beach across the street was a wonderful bonus. The outdoor living space was incredible and Pam was wonderful to work with. We hope to visit again soon!

Proximity to the Sag Harbor Beach, a beautiful pool, an outdoor shower, updated interiors, a lit and motorized awning over the deck, views of the water, and proximity to everything. Not to mention bicycles, trampoline, tree swing, fire-pit, hammock, Sonos System, fast WiFi, IceCold AC, Grill. What's not to love?

My family and I rented Pam's Sag Harbor home for a week in August and it surpassed all of our expectations! Pictures do not even do justice!!! The home was beautiful, bright, airy and perfectly clean! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Outside you are greeted by a gorgeous pool deck, a fire pit (with smores supplies provided), an outdoor shower, and tons of other wonderful amenities like bikes provided, a trampoline (great for kids), and beach chairs too! Overall we had the most lovely stay and will DEFINITELY be back at Pam's place again soon. Thanks for being the best host Pam! xo

My family had a great time at Pam’s house. The pool, yard, fire pit and outdoor shower were awesome and used every day. The view of the bay is beautiful and Long Beach is across the street. Pam was a wonderful host- super friendly and attentive. She checked in throughout our stay, recommended places to fish and left supplies for s’mores! I highly recommend this property!

We just had a great week out in Sag Harbor and couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. The pictures do not do this house justice, it is so pretty inside and out. You can’t beat the outdoor space with the prettiest view, pool, fire pit area, outdoor shower (amazing!) and large dining area with a retractable awning for shade and rain cover. 5 minute walk to the beach as well. Pam and her family are wonderful and extremely hospitable!! Can’t wait to go back!

The house and property were better than represented on line. The backyard has a pool, large adult sized trampoline, a zip line, 2 different types of swings , an outdoor shower, a large electric awning over the outdoor dining table and a large deck with comfortable chairs. The view of the bay was great. Inside the home there was a master downstairs with a master bath and 2 bedrooms with a bath upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and if anything was needed Pam was always accessible by text and deliver immediately. The hosts, Pam and Peter were available, brought us fresh flowers for the house . Left us coffee, eggs, milk, paper goods, sanitizers, We had an excellent experience

Where to begin... We have been renting in various parts of the Hamptons for the past 5 years for the 4th of July and this was hands down the best experience we've had to date. As said in the comments, the place is WAY more impressive then what you would expect from the pictures. As soon as you open up the gate and enter the pool deck of the property, you'll immediately feel zen and relaxed. The view is impeccable and on July 4th, you can see fireworks from all angles of the deck. Along with the comfortable beds, there are plenty of options for showering, including a custom built outdoor shower which you can stay in for hours... it's spa like. In addition, the hosts left plenty of firewood out and kept the place stocked before-hand (even had brand new towels for everyone). Rest assured, this property is a hidden-gem. You're lucky if you have the opportunity to rent from Pam (who is also the sweetest!!!). - Alexandria & Austin

We had a lovely time at Pam’s place! A fabulous home for our girls trip week-long vacation. The house was super clean with all new sheets and towels (as we were the first of the season). The deck, pool, yard, and BBQ were fabulous! Location was ideal - a short walk to the beach where we walked and biked in the mornings and watched the sunset. Quick drive to Sag Harbor town too! We had some questions throughout the week and Pam/Peter were super attentive to all of our needs!

We had a wonderful stay at Pamela and Peter house. The house is brand new and very well furnished. The garden and the pool are great. We really felt at home. We had the pleasure to enjoy an excellent dinner at Pamela and Peter restaurant. They are great hosts.

Pam and Peter were the perfect hosts, the house and pool are excellent, even better than in the pictures. the house is spotless and very new, fully air conditioned with all the appliances you could need. the pool is large with lots of outside space. Location is great just a few minutes from the beach and a short drive to Sag Harbor. Will definitely be back.
