About this house rental
Stretch out on the hammock in the landscaped backyard and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. This remodeled beach bungalow has a soothing blue palette, a private entrance tiny house and ocean views from the front porch. Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM. Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM. Property Details: - Property includes one-bedroom main house, guest room tiny house & enclosed backyard. The main home includes a bedroom with queen bed, convertible sofa bed, bathroom, full kitchen and private patio. Tiny house in backyard includes private entrance, queen bed, kitchenette and bathroom. - Property accommodates four guests comfortably, however up to six guests are permitted with an extra charge after four guests. - Property is dog friendly. Up to two dogs (max weight of 75 lbs combined) are welcome to accompany their owners on a beach getaway. - Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events. - The property is designed for guests to relax and unwind next to the Pacific. Please note that strictly no events, parties, weddings or photo shoots are permitted at this bungalow. Social Media: Follow us on Instagram @pacificvillas Terms & Conditions: PAYMENTS: - Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express - Charges will appear on your credit card statement from 'Oceanside Properties' - 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival - If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking - Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival - Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date for which to move their stay. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.

Charming vintage cottage in great Oceanside, California location across the street from the ocean. The property was great for our four night stay, and would have been well suited for a longer stay. Off street parking greatly appreciated. Wonderful back yard. We did not get chance to use the back yard, grill, or the second attached unit on the property.
Kitchen was relatively well equipped. Appliances a little dated, but quite adequate for our needs. Bathroom very small but adequate with good water pressure and temperature. Would have liked to have room darkening shades and TV in the bedroom. Although there is "beach access" nearby there was no beach between the water and rocks either due to seasonal tides or erosion. Oceanside pier, major shops and restaurants about a mile away, with some even closer to the property. Would stay here again .

We had a fabulous time in Oceanside. The house is so cute and we loved that it has a separate area with the kitchen bedroom and bathroom. We would love to build one of our own. The restaurants are close and the beach is just across the street with access to hang around and soak uptake sun. We would love to stay there again.

We had a great time in Oceanside. The cottage was located in the perfect spot. Close to downtown, across the street from the ocean and near parks. The rental needs a little love. It would have been nice if beach towels where offered. Maybe even a dryer. We got caught in the rain and where drenched.
Overall we would rent again.

The cottage is small but in a great location. I suggest a bed upgrade and perhaps more towels to be provided, given there is no washer/dryer. Also, the kitchen supplies (pots/pans) need replacing - handles were falling off. The management was excellent and very responsive when inquiries were made. Access is very easy.

What a cool place to stay. The backyard is perfect for a dog. The parking space is so convenient. Air conditioning unit (which is rare for the area) helps a lot during the afternoon. The front porch is great for coffee in the morning. Steps away from the water. Whatās not to love?!?

This was a short stay-cation. The property is lovely and in a great area, with views of the ocean. There are repairs that need to be made, but it worked for two.

The location was amazing, and the communication with the managers was excellent. They really went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed, thank you!
The property is right across from the ocean and a short walk from the pier, shops and restaurants. The tiny house and backyard were absolutely adorable! The main house was well-loved, but a great value considering all that is has to offer. We would definitely stay there again. A friend in the area even asked for the info so she could book for her out of town guests.
All in all it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend if you're looking for something simple, cute, and near the beach!

This weekend getaway was just what we needed! We had an amazing time staying at the Bungalow! It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. Lauren was super communicative/responsive and had great suggestions on where to go. We enjoyed our relaxing weekend here for the second time with pacific villas and will be back!

For our family this property is now known as the Bunny House. Our grandson LOVED seeing a bunny in the lovely yard in the mornings and evenings! How magical for him! The space was very comfortable for 2 couples and a toddler plus the family dogs. Perfect location for our needsā¦thank you for the hospitality! We hope to stay again!

Overall a very pleasant experience. The rental company was helpful and sent us local recommendations. They texted us check in information which was helpful and appreciated! The property was exactly like the photos and you can see the ocean from the house. We loved listening to the waves on the little front porch.

Even though our stay was only overnight we truly enjoyed staying at the Bungalow. Wonderful view of the ocean, nice relaxing back yard and the property was so beautifully decorated and maintained. I was somewhat concern about the air fan ventilation only especially because of these recent hot days but when you open the windows the cool sea breeze makes it all better and of course the unexpected window air conditioner in the room made it even cooler. Thank you so much for the outstanding accommodations at the Bungalow. Our family had a phenomenal time!

Good value, cute and clean. The old charm is still there. I like that the front porch is only accessible from inside the house. Beautiful yard perfect for small pups. Wish I could have stayed longer. Lots of accessories like Beach chairs, patio tables and beach chairs.

The house is incredibly charming and perfect size for a few people. The backyard really makes for the most tranquil stay, my husband and I definitely had an amazing nap in that hammock! Just a very short walk to the beach, this place is a reasonable yet memorable stay.

Oceanside Cottage and Tiny House
Very relaxing 5 days with our adult children and dogs. Adequate supplies to bbq and cook at home. The cottage and tiny house have been tastefully upgraded. Lots of fans but still hot in the afternoon. There are a few windows that spontaneously shut or don't open which affects ventilation. The yard was delightful and there was grass, flowers in bloom and lots of places to sit. Would happily stay here again.

Fabulous Stay
Super relaxing and a great place to take the pups. Nice walk or short drive to the pier, spacious backyard (hard to find that near the beach), and property owners are very responsive. Thereās not much space for your luggage, such as a dresser, so keep that in mind when packing. We donāt find it to be much of a problem though. This is our second stay and we will be coming back again when we get the chance :)

The location was perfect and across the street from the beach and walking distance to many outdoor markets, stores, restaurants, and pier. Perfect Beach Cottage with beautiful, enclosed backyard area
We loved the bungalow cottage with the separate tiny unit in the back yard area for my daughter and son-in-law. The family pups also loved the backyard area for outdoor ball chasing and fun. The location was perfect and across the street from the beach and walking distance to many outdoor markets, stores, restaurants, and pier. The property was perfect for us although maybe there could have been a little more seating area in the front room.

Cute little beach house
My son and I loved the beach house. Itās across the street from the beach and so close to a lot of Oceansideās activities. The house was clean and had a lot of provided amenities. The backyard was so peaceful to read a book and listen to the birds. The tiny house is adorable and perfect for 1-2 people; my son loved having his own space. All contact with the property management was swift and helpful! We have already planned to stay here again.

Great place with ocean view. Yard to play corn hole ( which is provided) little back house with mini kitchen and bath was great. Will definitely come back!

My sister-in-law is a professional musician so the tiny house in the backyard made a perfect place for her to sleep and have a private place to practice. The backyard is large with trees in bloom in January, a cozy hammock and a gas grill. There were also beach toys and boogie boards for the beach. Speaking of the beach, thereās access right across the street. It is a small beach at high tide, but plenty of room at lower tides. The beach is slowly sloping, so it is safe for all ages. Buccaneer beach is a short walk away if your looking for a different beach experience. Thereās a small porch in front with ocean views. Itās a great place for a coffee in the morning or a drink at night. We saw dolphins each morning from the porch! The private driveway made for easy parking and there are plenty of stores within walking distance. Lots of good Mexican and seafood restaurants in the area that will also deliver. Relax in this beach bungalow and sleep to the sound of crashing waves. What more can you ask for for a small group?

Beautiful ocean view, this property is set up for every situation, sitting on the porch and enjoying view, sitting in the kitchen or living room enjoying views, backyard has lots of beautiful lush plants, green grass, outdoor dinning, toys for kids and adults to play in the backyard, boogie boards to use, separate casita with kitchenette and bathroom which was amazing for our 16
year old. Nice lighting on the driveway so i felt safe to leave my car out. This place is well thought out. Great location.

Could not have been happier!
We had such an amazing time at this property from check in to check out. We arrived in Oceanside earlier than we expected and asked if we may be able to leave our luggage there before checking in, they were more than happy to accommodate and ended up allowing us to even check in early (though I'm sure this was an exception, we never would expect something like this!). The place was so sweet and perfect for my husband and I and our two pups. Katie, one of the property managers, was so kind and texted us a few recommendations for restaurants, where to run the dogs on the beach, and let us know to keep our eye out for dolphins. The yard was amazing. Bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was great, there was a water filter in the fridge. We honestly couldn't believe our luck finding this property on relatively short notice and for such an affordable price! We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay by one night and, again, Katie was so happy to accommodate and work with us on that. We were so sad to leave but will absolutely be back to visit! Can't recommend this property enough.
